We hear your cry for help and the fear that grips your heart. First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are facing with boldness and truth. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Witchcraft, curses, and any form of spiritual manipulation are real, but they have no power over those who are in Christ. The Bible is clear: "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).
Your colleague’s actions are not just against you—they are against the Lord Himself. We rebuke every spirit of jealousy, insecurity, and witchcraft operating in her life in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that no curse or spell she attempts to cast will have any effect on you, for "like a fluttering sparrow or a darting swallow, an undeserved curse will not land on its intended victim" (Proverbs 26:2). The blood of Jesus has broken every chain, and His name is above every name (Philippians 2:9-10).
We must also address the fear you feel. Fear is not from God—it is a tool of the enemy to paralyze you. "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your refuge and your fortress, and in Him, you can trust (Psalm 91:2). We encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above all names. We lift up our sister to You, Lord, and ask that You surround her with Your divine protection. We break every curse, spell, and assignment of witchcraft that has been sent her way, and we declare them null and void by the power of the blood of Jesus. Lord, we ask that You fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear operating in her life. We command it to leave in Jesus’ name and declare that she is clothed with strength and dignity (Proverbs 31:25). Give her boldness and courage to stand firm in her faith, knowing that You are with her wherever she goes (Joshua 1:9). We pray for her colleague, Lord. Soften her heart and open her eyes to the truth of Your love and salvation. If she does not know You, Lord, we ask that You draw her to Yourself so that she may repent and turn from these dark practices.
We also ask that You give our sister wisdom in how to navigate this situation at work. If it is Your will, Lord, provide a way for her to be removed from this toxic environment or for her colleague to be transferred. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing. Above all, Lord, we ask that You strengthen her faith and remind her that greater is He who is in her than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We thank You, Father, for Your protection, Your love, and Your faithfulness. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, she shall condemn. This is her heritage as Your servant, and her righteousness is from You. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps to guard your heart and mind. Spend time in God’s Word daily, meditating on His promises and declaring them over your life. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with and for you. If possible, seek godly counsel from your pastor or a trusted spiritual leader who can provide guidance and support. Remember, the battle belongs to the Lord, and He has already won the victory (2 Chronicles 20:15). Stand firm in your faith, and do not give the enemy a foothold in your life.
