Beloved of All
It is good to hear your thankfulness for the rain after such a long dry season, and the simple joy you felt in stepping outside to feel it. That gratitude honors God, who sends rain on the earth in its season and shows His lovingkindness to all creation.
We join you in giving thanks for what He has already sent, and in asking Him for more according to His wisdom and mercy. We pray that He will water the hard ground, refresh the plants, and provide for the farmers and for everyone who depends on the harvest. As Scripture reminds us, there is a time for sowing and a time for reaping, and we are dependent on the Lord of the harvest for both.
May the Lord in His goodness send the rain that is needed, sustain the land, and help us to use His gifts with contentment and care for others. We will continue to pray with you for His provision over your area.
