It's not one-sided

The Bible states,"all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God".It DOESN"T state, if one side sins, they fall short,but if the other side does the same thing, then it's ok.God is no respecter of persons.But in the world, it's different.They seem to have partiality of one side doing something over the other.{"Double standard'}Examples?Oh. if men say things about women,even when they don't mean something by it, they're giving bad "labels".BUT, I notice a lot of women who have contempt for, and maybe even hatred for, men, who consistently downgrade"all" men because maybe they had bad experiences with 3 men.Also, these, comedy shows that women always make "cracks" about men, putting them down,{as in "all" men},but if it was the other way around , there would be protests.{In other words, {according to the worlds way of thinking, if it's the side that they've "chosen" at the moment, it's ok, it's only "wrong" when the "other side" does it.} Like ,I've heard black people who ,a white person may have black friends, and have helped black people out,they're obviously NOT racist, but one day they have a very minor disagreement with a black guy{over a non racial issue} they're called "racist", even though it doesn't fit that particular case.,{But I've seen the other way, if they speak ill of "all" white people, that's fine.}And finally, politics.If a Trump supporter {or other conservative} says something, it's blown all out of proportion,and condemned. But when a "liberal" comedian disrespects "the other side" then it's ok.So my point is, according to Biblical standards, when the Bible states something is a sin, and God is no respecter of persons,isn't it sin on EITHER end?Man sees it as,"when your side does it, it's wrong, but when my side does it, that's fine."But if the Bible states something is sin, wouldn't it be sin for BOTH sides?Combating one extreme by going to the other, doesn't make it "right".All it is is engaging in tit for tat.There is no partiality with God.Either something is right by God, or something is wrong.No partiality.

Steven, we weren't saying anything against you or what you stated. There was absolutely no argument to interpret. We all come here to be friends with everyone else that comes here. I know we both love you with the love of Christ. If you or anyone posts something on an open forum everyone that reads it has a right to make a reply. If I am wrong about anything I said and I don't have Biblical truth in anything I posted please tell me and I will be grateful. Linda and I try to lift each other up as well as lift others up. I have lifted you up Steven at other times. Did you actually carefully read what we posted or skim through quickly? Maybe re-read what we posted Steven.
Either I made a valid point or I didn't.

Did you re-read what I posted to see if I said anything against what you stated?
I think you were saying it was invalid, and didn't serve as much of a purpose as stating other things. But that's what blogs are.Just because it's not "your" style,doesn't make it wrong. So at this time it's quicker to ask you than reread it,but I'll ask you this way__is condoning one person commiting a sin over another, just because they're one of "your people",is it right or wrong? What I saw in your reply is ,you asked me a lot of questions,, that didn't really answer my question.But then, {and this isn't the first time},one of you refuted something I said,and the other"congradulated" them,so I felt "ganged up on".So again, either favoritism is wrong, or you think it's right. Your answer?Your "partner" answered, now it's your turn!!

My Brother in Christ Jesus, Brother Steven, No one is ganging up on you, or coming against you. Brother James comes on here almost daily to encourage everyone. As long as I have been a member of this site all I see Brother James do is pray for people, encourage them, and tell them the truth in love. I respect and honor him for that. The Bible says to give honor to who honor is due. He prays the Word of God and gives us (including you and me, the true Word of God). He is fighting his own battles, but Brother James, through the strength of God, comes on here for the glory of God.

Brother Steven you just assumed Brother James said something that he did not write. You did the same to me.

Brother Steven, you come on here looking for a fight sometimes. You post things sometimes that is not the whole truth. Point: "Everyone hates Trump" . Everyone doesn't hate the man!!! I pray for Trump and his wife.

Before you judge us, read our post. We may not write it the way you want us to, but you don't write your post, prayer requests, or blogs so that they can be easily understood. Sometime your post, prayer requests, and blogs are confusing. You have to read it over and over to make sense of it. And sometimes you can not make sense of it.

That is why I asked you to re-read what I posted to point out what I said that was against what you said. The questions were more for me than anyone else. What did I say that was against what you said? If you re-read it knowing that I know your a Christian and knowing that I love you, you may actually see something different :)

Every now and then,when I post a blog,or sometimes even a prayer request,there's one or 2 of the reponses who are the type of Christian who have such a phobic reaction to sounding judgemental, that if I just have to state something to make a point,or I'm asking it as a question, not judgement,they give me like a critical response,what they don't realize is, THEY'RE judging ME.But second, they're jumping to wrong conclusions.I know what I meant.When we witness to someone, when we tell them they would go to Hell if they remain unsaved,will other Christians tell them, they shouldn't do that, they're being judgemental?Not being judgemental doesn't mean to go the other extreme, not speak out on anything.Moderation. I pray these types overcome their phobia of sounding judgemental, and realize that certain things must be brought up.

So may I ask you a queston, were Brother James and I the two people you were

What you call,"looking for a fight" is more of "I'm from Missouri, show me" attitude. All I, personally,hear, around me is Trump hatred,so it's not intentionally lying, I'm stating what I, personally see and hear.{Like with the other subjects,I said,everyone drinks coffee.Well, all I ever hear is "I need my coffee."" do you want a cup of coffee"{as opposed to some other drink}Yet I DON'T drink it. So that and a few other things, I start to get cynical that there's anyone other then me who does differently.{Probably my reaction comes from frustration with people being so robotic,so I start to think I'm the only one who thinks for themselves.}

No Brother James and you were not who I was referring to in this post.If it were that way, I would word it like, "there are 2 site members here who I feel are doing thus and so.I think this is wrong".Notice the ones I mentioned,when talking of a double standard. It was a general statement, making a point that a double standard is wrong, when "the other side" does the same sin, it's a sin just like when the first side does it.

I hope you re-read what we posted because it was all backing up what you stated from the Bible Steven. Instead of listing what is going on around you, you could actually post a prayer for those people. God does hear you Steven. At the end of my first reply I posted a prayer for them as well as us all here. I wish you knew your authority over everyone you give a ride to through Jesus. You could always say no thank you when offered coffee but I would love a milk or orange juice. You could vent straight to Jesus instead of venting here. Jesus hears you just the same as He hears anyone else. The answers to our prayers from Jesus are Yes and Amen when we do His Instructions my friend! What do you think we exist for Steven? For our sakes or for Jesus' sake? If we are here for Jesus then isn't it wise to pay close attention to His Instructions for us to follow? I sure do love it when blessings are following me verses curses following me, don't you? Be blessed in Jesus Steven!
