Disciple of Prayer
dear God, i prayed for month, because of health insurances delaying and not having to eat. No i have an answer from the insurunce and they decided to pay only a very small amount they dont recognize anything . i feel very sick because of cronic fatigue, adhd trauma and flue evry two weaks. its not enough to live and it looks like G.d is not willing to help. i dont wanna die but this is not worth to call a live . i have no family, almost no friends because of sickness. all alone in a room with no perspective. it feels like G.d cursed me its probably all my fault but G.d is a G.d of merci. Show yourself merciful please G.d. at the very very end of the rope

We have read your cry and we are carrying it before the Lord with you, for we hear how heavy and lonely this has become. To be sick for so long with chronic fatigue, ADHD, trauma, and flu every two weeks, to be without family and almost without friends, to be alone in a room with no perspective and to have the insurance answer with only a very small amount after you prayed for a month, it is understandable that you feel at the very end of the rope and that you wonder if God is willing to help.

We want to gently correct what pain is whispering to you, that God has cursed you or that He is unwilling to show mercy. That is not His heart toward you. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. It is because of the Lord's loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn't fail. They are new every morning, great is your faithfulness Lamentations 3:22-23. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. Nothing you have suffered and no delay from people can separate you from His love, for we are persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:38-39.

We also hear you say it is probably all my fault, and we want to speak truth there as well. We all have sinned and fall short, but God does not deal with us according to a curse when we come to Him through Jesus. He is a God of mercy, and His mercy is not earned by our perfection but given through the cross. If you are carrying guilt, bring it openly to Him, for if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us. He invites those who are weary to come and find rest, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28.

We noticed you prayed to God but did not mention the name of Jesus, and we speak about this because we love you and want you to know the way God has provided for us to come to Him. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and assurance that our prayers are heard, and it is through believing in Him, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we receive forgiveness and eternal life. If you have not yet called on Him as Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today, to tell Him you need His mercy and His life, for everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

We do not take lightly that you said this does not feel worth calling a life and that you are at the end of the rope, even though you say you do not want to die. We pray you will not stay alone with these thoughts. Please reach out to a trusted local church, a pastor, a doctor, or a compassionate person near you and let them know how sick and isolated you feel, and if you feel you might harm yourself please seek help immediately from someone you trust or from local help services in your area. God often shows His mercy through His people coming alongside us.

We are praying together for you now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You see the room where they sit alone, You see the body that is exhausted and sick, the mind that struggles with ADHD and trauma, the constant flu, the lack of food and money, and the disappointment with the insurance. Lord, have mercy and show Yourself as the merciful God they are crying out for. Forgive any sin and wash away any shame, and let them know they are not cursed but deeply loved and not forsaken. We ask You to provide for every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19, to open doors for proper care, for fair provision, for daily bread and for people to walk with them so they are no longer alone. Touch the body and bring healing and strength according to Your will, give wisdom to doctors, and give rest to the weary heart. Draw them close to Jesus, let them call on His name and find peace and hope and a future in Him, and keep them in Your love day by day. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our mercy, amen.

We encourage you to keep crying out to God through Jesus, to read His Word daily even in small portions, starting in the Psalms and the Gospel of John, and to ask Him to lead you to a Bible believing church where you can be known and supported. You are not forgotten. We continue to stand with you in prayer that God will reveal His mercy in tangible ways and lift you from this place of despair into His comfort and provision.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing so honestly with us. We hear how exhausted and alone you feel right now, and we want you to know you matter to us and to God.

You are not alone; trained people are ready to help right now.

The insurance decision after months of waiting must have felt like another blow, especially while you are dealing with chronic fatigue, ADHD and trauma, and getting sick so often. Not having enough to live on and facing this mostly alone in your room would wear anyone down. It is understandable you are asking where God is in this, and feeling like you are at fault. Please hear that we do not see you as cursed or forgotten, even when it feels that way.

With the ongoing sickness and fatigue you described, we encourage you to keep a medical professional involved alongside prayer, so you are not carrying the health concerns alone. If there is one person, a helpline counselor, a clinic, or a local support service you can reach out to this week, please let them know how thin you feel right now.

We are praying for you and we will keep praying.

Father, we lift this person to you in Jesus name. You see their weariness, their need, and their loneliness. Please bring near help and comfort, provide for daily needs, guide the doctors and those who can support, and let them sense your mercy and nearness today. Amen.

thank you. please Lord, like Lazarus i feel like i am death for fur days
i prayed not only for a month but for many years and also for Iranian People hours per week , some of them may have hunger and horrors, please G.d almighty trough Jesus have mercy if not we have lost

Your cry has reached us in your lonely room, and we have heard in it the voice of one at the very end of the rope, sick in body, weary in mind, without provision for the morrow and almost without friend or kindred to comfort you. We do not pass it by lightly, but we bring it before the Lord with you, and we desire to speak to you as one whom God sees even there.

You write that it feels as though God has cursed you and is not willing to help, and that it is all your fault. Let us answer this fear plainly, for it is a fear which has been felt by very many of God's people before you. Zion herself once said, Jehovah has forsaken me, and my Lord has forgotten me. Yet in the teeth of that double declaration the Lord answered, Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands. Your complaint against God is generally groundless, not because your sorrow is not real, for it is real and bitter, but because His mercy has not gone from you. A child who feels the strokes of the rod is very foolish to say, my father has forgotten me, when his father is dealing with him more tenderly than ever.

It was a proof of great tenderness on God's part to think of His sinful creature man at all. His mercy is always powerful, but while masculine in its force it is feminine in its tenderness. See how He has sent the Gospel to you. He does not come with harsh demands. What does the Gospel ask of you. Only that you turn your face in the opposite direction, that you confess your need and look to Jesus Christ who bore the curse for sinners. The blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleanses us from all sin. If His mercy were clean gone forever, where should we be, but the Psalm says His mercy endures forever. If you cannot claim favor as a saint, may you not hope for mercy as a sinner. And to hope in His mercy, though it seems a small thing, is a sure sign of grace, for the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear Him, upon them that hope in His mercy.

You feel alone, as Hagar felt when she sat by the well in the desert, full of bitterness, thinking herself unjustly dealt with and forgotten. Yet that desert well was the singular season chosen by God for the interposition of His mercy. The angel found her there and called her by name, and asked her home questions, Whence comest thou and whither wilt thou go. So the Lord knows your case, your circumstances, your chronic weariness, your trauma, your fevers that return every two weeks, your empty cupboard and the hard answer of the insurance. He knows your name. It may be that this very evening, when you think yourself most forsaken, is the night when God's mighty mercy is ordained to meet with you.

Do not think that the delays you suffer are God's delays. Such delays are ours, not His. The God of our mercy goes before us. Before you prayed, He was already providing the tenderness of heart you are seeking after, the repentance you long to feel, the contrition you desire. While you were yet speaking He heard you. His mercy forestalls you. It comes on purpose to drive you to despair of being saved by works or by your own strength, that grace might reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

And remember Christ's loneliness and yours. Our Savior said, Yet I am not alone, because the Father is with Me. There was a deeper reason for His loneliness. It was a condition of His sufferings that He should be forsaken. Desertion was a necessary ingredient in that cup of vicarious suffering which He covenanted to drink for us. We deserved to be forsaken, therefore He must be. He was forsaken that you might never be forsaken. If you are in Christ, Heaven itself would not be complete without you, for He who made the heavens loves you and He who made the earth bought you with His blood. Though friends be few and family be absent, the words of God's Book made living to you shall be as angels, and God Himself shall have fellowship with you.

We would warn you against a false hope in mercy which says, I will continue as I am and God will overlook it. The first thing God's mercy will do for you will be to make you a new creation, to give you new loves and new hates, to turn you from sin to Christ. But a sound hope feels its need of mercy and casts itself wholly upon Jesus. Come to Him just as you are, sick, poor, alone, confessing that you have no merit, and ask Him for mercy as a sinner. He will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy, and He will say to them which were not His people, Thou art My people.

We pray for you now, that the tender mercy of our God may visit you. O Lord, look upon this afflicted one who has no strength left. Thou seest the small pittance allowed, the body that fails, the mind that is tossed, the room that feels as a prison. Have mercy according to Thy lovingkindness. Give daily bread, give help by those whom Thou shalt move, give healing as it pleaseth Thee, give above all a clear sight of Jesus and peace through His blood. Keep this soul from despair, and let not the enemy say Thou hast forgotten. Show that Thou hast not forsaken, for Thou hast graven this poor sufferer upon the palms of Thy hands. In Jesus' name we ask it. Amen.

We will continue to remember you before the Lord. Seek Him while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near, and let your hope be in His mercy alone.
