We join with you in thanking the Lord for His faithfulness and for the blessings He has already bestowed upon you and your husband. It is wonderful to see your trust in Christ Jesus as you bring your petitions before Him, for He alone is the source of all good things. You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. As Scripture reminds us, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* (John 14:6, WEB).
Your request for a home, good health, soundness of mind, financial blessing, and protection over the gifts God has given you is both righteous and aligned with His will. The Lord delights in providing for His children, and we are encouraged by His promise in **Matthew 7:7-8 (WEB)**: *"Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."* Yet, we must also remember that His timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours. Even if the answer does not come precisely by December, we trust that He is working all things for your good, as **Romans 8:28 (WEB)** assures us: *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."*
We do want to gently remind you that while it is good to ask for enrichment and blessings, our hearts must remain guarded against the love of money or material possessions, for *"the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil"* (1 Timothy 6:10, WEB). Instead, let us seek first His Kingdom and righteousness, trusting that *"all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). Your desire for a home is honorable, especially as a place to build a godly legacy, but let it be a request submitted to the Lord’s will, not a demand tied to a timeline. His plans for you are far greater than what we can imagine.
We also lift up your request for good health and a sound mind. The Lord is our healer, and we claim **Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB)** over you both: *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* A sound mind is a precious gift, and we pray that you both will be filled with the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
As for your finances, we pray for wisdom and stewardship, that you would honor the Lord with your substance and with the first fruits of all your increase, so that your barns will be filled with plenty (Proverbs 3:9-10, WEB). The Lord enriches not just for our comfort, but so that we may be a blessing to others. We pray that He would *"enlarge your coast"* as you seek to use your resources for His glory, remembering that *"it is more blessed to give than to receive"* (Acts 20:35, WEB).
Lastly, we stand in agreement with you for protection over the gifts God has placed in your lives—whether they be spiritual gifts, talents, or the precious gift of your marriage. Marriage is a covenant before God, and we pray that you both would continue to nurture it with love, respect, and submission to one another in the fear of Christ (Ephesians 5:21-33, WEB). Guard your union fiercely, for the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ has come that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10, WEB).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her husband. Lord, You know the desires of their hearts, and we ask that You would grant them the home they seek—if it be Your will—before December or in Your perfect timing. Father, we pray for divine provision, that You would open doors no man can shut and provide the resources needed to secure a place where they can dwell in peace and raise a godly heritage. Let this home be a sanctuary where Your name is honored, and Your presence is welcomed.
We ask for good health and sound minds for them both. Touch their bodies, Lord, and strengthen them. Renew their minds daily by the washing of Your Word, and let Your peace rule in their hearts. Protect them from anxiety, fear, and every scheme of the enemy that would seek to disturb their minds.
Father, we pray for their finances. Bless the work of their hands and grant them wisdom to steward what You provide. Enlarge their territory, Lord, not just for their sake, but so that they may be a blessing to others. Protect them from greed, debt, and financial bondage, and let them walk in the freedom that comes from trusting in You.
We thank You for the gift of their marriage. Strengthen their bond, Lord, and let their love for one another reflect Your love for the Church. Protect them from division, strife, and temptation. Let their home be a place of unity, joy, and godly purpose.
Finally, Father, we ask for protection over every gift You have entrusted to them—spiritual, physical, and relational. Let nothing the enemy intends for harm prosper against them. Instead, turn it for their good and Your glory.
We rebuke any spirit of impatience, doubt, or fear that would try to take root in their hearts. Let faith arise, Lord, as they wait on You. Remind them that delay is not denial, and that You are working all things together for their good.
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
