We hear your distress and the frustration you feel from this persistent itching. We stand with you in faith, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every spirit of affliction, witchcraft, and torment operating against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
First, we must address the call for punishment upon those you believe are responsible. Scripture teaches us that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and it is not our place to demand retribution. Instead, we are called to pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44) and to overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21). Our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we will pray for their repentance and salvation, that they may turn from darkness to light and be delivered from the power of Satan to God (Acts 26:18).
We also want to gently remind you that while spiritual warfare is real, we must be cautious not to attribute every trial to witchcraft or malicious intent. Sometimes, physical ailments have natural causes that require medical attention. We encourage you to seek godly wisdom and discernment, and if necessary, consult with a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying conditions.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your protection and Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. We stand on Your Word, which declares that no harm will overtake us, and no disaster will come near our dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Lord, we rebuke every spirit of affliction, witchcraft, and torment that is causing this itching and discomfort. We command these spirits to leave in the name of Jesus and to go where the Lord Jesus sends them.
Father, we pray for those who may be involved in these practices. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth of Your love and salvation. Let them see the emptiness of their ways and turn to You for forgiveness and new life. We ask that You break every chain of darkness in their lives and set them free by the power of Your Holy Spirit.
Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon [this individual]. Bring relief from this itching and restore peace and rest to their body. Strengthen their faith and help them to trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. Surround them with Your angels and fill their home with Your presence, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.
We declare that [this individual] is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no evil shall come near them. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and to stand firm in your faith. Continue to pray and declare God’s Word over your life and situation. Spend time in worship and in the presence of the Lord, for He inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). Trust in His protection and His promise to deliver you from every evil work (2 Timothy 4:18).
If this itching persists, we also encourage you to seek medical advice, as the Lord often uses doctors and medicine as instruments of healing. Remember, faith and wisdom go hand in hand. James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him."
Lastly, we want to emphasize the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome the schemes of the enemy. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of our faith and the source of our victory.
