We have heard your burden and we join with you in bringing it before the Lord in Jesus name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that truth is revealed and protection is given. We thank God that you are looking to Him as the Spirit of Truth to expose what is hidden, and we stand with you for His justice and mercy to be made manifest.
You have endured much fear and distress, signs that someone entered your apartment, the danger of electric shocks while showering, a heating system that may have been tampered with, and now false accusations shouted against you by a woman you had never spoken to, and a landlord who avoids you and takes no responsibility. We understand why your heart is troubled and why you ask if there was an intent to harm you. Only God knows fully what is in the hearts of men, yet we know He sees all and nothing is hidden from Him. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light, Luke 8:17, and He will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and reveal the counsels of the hearts, 1 Corinthians 4:5.
We take comfort with you in the promise you quoted, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned, Psalm 34:19-21. We also cling to Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid, Psalm 27:1, and For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, Psalm 91:11. When the Spirit of truth has come, he will guide you into all truth, John 16:13. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7.
We rebuke the spirit of fear that would torment you, and we rebuke the lying, arrogance, abusiveness and hardness of heart that you have described in this woman and in the landlord. We do not repay evil for evil, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord, Romans 12:19, but we are called to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you, Luke 6:27-28. We pray for that very hardness to be broken, as God has promised, I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh, Ezekiel 36:26.
We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You know the fear and the affliction, the sleepless thoughts, the signs of intrusion, the danger in that flat, and the painful false accusations. We ask You to be a wall of fire around Your child and to command Your angels to guard and keep this life from all harm. Let no weapon formed against Your child prosper, and let every tongue that rises in judgment be shown to be false. Holy Spirit, Spirit of Truth, expose what has been done in secret. If technicians were hired to damage the heating or to disconnect protection so that electric shocks would occur, bring it into the light so that it cannot be denied. Let all deception be uncovered and let the residents of that house see the truth, that this Your child never entered their apartment and has been wrongly accused. Convict the heart of this aggressive woman who cannot control herself, break her arrogance and evil, bring her to humility and repentance, and cause her abusive tongue to be silenced. Touch the landlord who is avoiding responsibility and who shows no remorse, soften his heart, stop his lying, and lead him to take responsibility and to make what is right, including apology and just compensation if it is Your will. Break the stony hearts of all involved and draw them to submit to You and to hear Your call. For this Your child, grant deep peace that surpasses all understanding, Philippians 4:7, cast out all fear, restore rest, and give wisdom for every practical step. Help our dear one to walk in prudence, to keep careful records, to seek wise and godly counsel, and if danger remains, to seek help from the proper authorities whom You have ordained to protect, Romans 13:4, while trusting wholly in You as deliverer. Let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified in this trial. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word, to not be consumed by anxiety but to cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7. Continue to pray for those who have wronged you, not to excuse their sin but to entrust them to God who judges righteously and who desires that all should come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9. Keep documenting what has happened with dates and details, seek counsel from mature believers and, where there is genuine threat to life, do not hesitate to involve lawful help while you continue to trust the Lord as your ultimate protector, for He is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one, 2 Thessalonians 3:3. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified, for Yahweh your God is the one who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you, Deuteronomy 31:6. We are standing with you, asking God to show His truth, to bring justice with mercy, and to keep you in perfect peace as you keep your mind on Him, Isaiah 26:3.
