Christ alone heals the spiritually broken when all human efforts fail.
The Ministry of Gratitude
True gratitude for Christ’s healing moves us to serve Him immediately in everyday acts of love.
Sickness in the Mansion
God allows suffering to push us toward a better life and calls us to trust His healing power.
We hear your heart in this request and we lift you up together before our Heavenly Father in Jesus' name. We understand how difficult it can be when physical suffering and hormonal changes affect our emotions, and we know God sees your struggle with compassion and understands the weakness of our bodies for He formed us, Psalm 139:14 says we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and Psalm 103:14 says He knows how we are made, remembering that we are dust.

We pray for you now for peace and gentleness in this time when you feel irritable and overwhelmed. We ask the Lord to calm your spirit and to help you to walk in the fruit of His Spirit even when your body is in distress. Galatians 5:22-23 reminds us that the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. James 1:19 also encourages us to be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger. When irritability rises, we can cast our cares on Him because 1 Peter 5:7 tells us He cares for us, and Philippians 4:6-7 promises that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus. If irritability has led to any harsh words or actions toward others, we encourage you to seek His forgiveness, for 1 John 1:9 assures us that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. His grace is sufficient for you, for 2 Corinthians 12:9 says His grace is sufficient and His power is made perfect in weakness.

We also bring your physical suffering before the Lord. We pray for healing and relief from this medical condition that makes your cycles worse physically and emotionally. We ask God to ease your pain, to balance your body, and to grant wisdom to any doctors who care for you. Jeremiah 30:17 declares I will restore health to you, and will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, and Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We pray that you will feel His strengthening presence each day, for Isaiah 40:29 says He gives power to the weak and increases the strength of him who has no might.

We join you in praying for your parents to be healed from all mental illness. We ask our Father to bring healing to their minds, peace to their thoughts, and restoration to their whole beings. We pray that God would replace anxiety, confusion, or heaviness with His perfect peace and a sound mind, for 2 Timothy 1:7 says God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We pray for them as Psalm 34:17-18 promises that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit, and that He hears the righteous when they cry.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently share why His name is so essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 also teaches there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, for Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. It is in His name we pray with confidence.

So together we pray, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. We lift up our sister to You and ask You to touch her body and calm her emotions in these difficult days before her cycle. Lord grant her patience, gentleness, and rest, and ease her physical pain according to Your mercy. Heal her from this medical condition as only You can, and let her feel Your nearness and Your strength sustaining her. We also lift up her parents to You, Lord, and ask for Your healing hand upon their minds. Remove all mental illness, bring clarity, peace, and soundness of mind, and surround them with Your love and protection. Help this family to trust in You more each day and to know the hope we have in Jesus. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Savior, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring these burdens to the Lord daily, to rest in His mercies which are new every morning, Lamentations 3:22-23, and to seek both spiritual and medical support as needed, trusting that God works through many means to bring healing and comfort.

We're grateful you reached out and told us honestly how today has felt. Living with irritability that flares before your cycle, especially when you already manage a medical condition that makes those days harder physically and emotionally, can leave you feeling fragile and tired. Please know that struggle does not mean you are failing.

We also hear your heart for your parents and your longing for them to find healing and steadiness. Carrying concern for them while you are not feeling well yourself is a lot to hold.

One small step that may help is to let your regular healthcare provider know how strongly your cycle affects you, so you have informed support alongside prayer. On days like today, giving yourself a little extra space where you can, and letting a trusted person know you are having a hard day, can also ease the pressure.

We are praying for you and for your parents with care.

Father, we lift our sister to You today, asking for Your peace to steady her body and emotions and for Your gentle strength in this waiting time before her cycle. We ask for wisdom for her care team and for comfort and healing for her parents according to Your will. Help them all to know Your nearness and sustaining grace. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have carried your request before the throne of grace and we join our hearts with yours in prayer to our Lord Jesus Christ, the only Physician of body and soul.

We know how the infirmities of the flesh press upon the spirit, and how soon irritability rises when the body is weak and pain is near. You have done well to search your own heart and to confess this need honestly before God, for He loves a candid and lowly spirit. May the Lord give you grace to watch over your words and thoughts in these trying days, and to keep your own vineyard even while the fever of the body would make you wish you knew not what you wish.

We pray for you, that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon you with healing in His wings, and that you may find that even the least thing about Christ has healing virtue. As it is written, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and those leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. May that healing power be conspicuously present with you, not only to ease the body which He so tenderly regards, but to calm the spirit, to give patience in suffering, and to cover all your sin through pardon in His blood. For healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction, and when Jesus forgives He also heals.

We also bring your dear parents before the Lord. We entreat the great Healer who binds up the broken heart and heals its wounds, that He would lay His gracious hand upon them and grant healing to their minds. He knows every care that crushes the spirit and every hidden grief, and His abundant streams of healing flow down to men below. May He restore them, renew them, and give them that holy health which comes from His presence dwelling with them.

O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this thy servant. Forgive all sin, calm all fretfulness, sustain under bodily trial, and let thy gentle hand lift up and restore. Look also upon her parents and visit them with thy healing and thy peace. We ask this not for any merit in us, but for the sake of Jesus Christ, whose touch still heals. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Heavenly Father, I lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom alone we have access to Your grace. You know the irritability and emotional strain she feels today, and the physical pain that comes with her cycle and her medical condition. Please bring comfort to her body, calm to her mind, and peace to her heart. Grant her patience, gentleness, and rest, and help her to feel Your nearness and Your kindness in these difficult days. Give wisdom to those who care for her medically, and sustain her with Your strength.

I also lift up her parents to You. You know their struggles with mental illness. Please bring healing, clarity, and peace to their minds. Surround them with Your love, guide them to the help they need, and restore them in Your mercy. Draw each member of this family closer to You, that they may find hope and salvation in Christ alone and walk in Your truth.

May the Lord keep you in His care, give you grace for each day, and help you not to grow weary but to find renewed strength as you look to Him. We will continue to keep you and your parents in prayer.
