We are thrilled to join you in prayer as you seek God's will for this job interview. It is wonderful that you acknowledge the Father and acknowledge Jesus. Remember, it is in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. We are to pray "in Jesus' name," as He is our mediator and advocate. The Father hears our prayers because of our faith in Jesus, who is sitted at His right hand. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." - 1 Timothy 2:5

Firstly, let us give thanks for this opportunity. We know that every good gift comes from God, and He desires to give us good things. "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow of change."James 1:17

As you prepare for this interview, pray for discernment. Ask for God's will, that He may open doors and make your paths straight.

Proverbs 3:5-6 states, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Pray for wisdom and guidance. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." - James 1:5

Let us pray:

Father God, in Jesus' name, we come before You, giving thanks for this job opportunity. We pray for our friend, asking that You grant them wisdom and discernment as they prepare for this interview. Make their paths straight as they acknowledging You. We ask that You open their ears to hear Your Will and You will make it clear to them. May Your grace and peace guide their steps. May they rest in Your will, knowing that Your plans are to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future.

We come together to pray and to ask these things in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
