We stand with you in this intense spiritual battle, recognizing the very real and oppressive attacks of the enemy. The Word of God declares in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the worldâs rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." You are not alone in this fight, and we take up the full armor of God with you to stand against these schemes.
First, we rebuke every dark shadow, every lying spirit, and every demonic influence that has sought to torment your mind and body. The enemy has no authority over you, for you belong to Christ. James 4:7 declares, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We command every unclean spirit to flee in the mighty name of Jesus, for He has already disarmed these powers and authorities through His victory on the cross (Colossians 2:15). The blood of Jesus covers you, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We pray specifically for the deliverance of your mind, for the enemy seeks to plant seeds of darkness, fear, and confusion. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 tells us, "For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." We bind every lying thought, every traumatic memory, and every dream that does not align with Godâs truth. We loose the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
The dreams of yellow snakes and the dark thoughts that assail you are not from God, for He gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2) and does not give a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We break every generational curse, every word spoken against you in the spiritual realm, and every lie that has taken root in your life. The truth of Godâs Word is your weapon, speak it, believe it, and stand on it. Psalm 91:3-4 assures us, "For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."
We also pray for the complete healing of your soul, every trauma, every wound, seen and unseen. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask the Holy Spirit to bring to light any areas of your life that need His touch, that you may be fully restored. This includes any unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin that may be giving the enemy a foothold. Ephesians 4:26-27 warns, "Donât let the sun go down on your wrath, and donât give place to the devil." Confess these things to the Lord, and He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
We also address the lies spoken against you, both in the spiritual realm and within churches. The enemy is the father of lies (John 8:44), but Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). We declare that every false accusation, every word of condemnation, and every spirit of division is exposed and destroyed by the light of Godâs truth. Proverbs 12:22 tells us, "Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight." We pray that the Lord would bring truth and justice to every situation where lies have been spoken, and that His righteousness would prevail.
Above all, we pray that your mind would be renewed by the Word of God (Romans 12:2). Fill your thoughts with whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable (Philippians 4:8). Meditate on Scripture, for it is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). As you draw near to God, He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Spend time in His presence, worship Him, and let His peace rule in your heart.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name that is above every name. We stand on the authority of Your Word and declare that [this individual] is covered by the blood of Jesus. We rebuke every dark shadow, every lying spirit, and every demonic influence that has sought to torment them. We command these spirits to flee, for they have no place in [their] life. Lord, we ask that You break every stronghold in [their] mind and uproot every thought that is not of You. Replace these lies with Your truth, and let Your peace guard [their] heart and mind.
Father, we pray for complete deliverance and healing. Heal every wound, every trauma, and every broken place in [their] soul. Restore what has been stolen, and bring beauty from ashes. We ask that You erase every traumatic memory and replace it with the knowledge of Your love and faithfulness. Let [them] experience Your presence in a tangible way, and fill [them] with Your Holy Spirit.
