We join with you in prayer before our heavenly Father and we thank you for your honesty and for your desire to turn away from what does not honor Him. We rejoice that you have stopped the sexual sin you described and have told the other person no, for that is the fruit of repentance. We want to address what you confessed, because God calls us to walk in purity.
The Bible is clear that sexual intimacy, including oral sex, is reserved for marriage between a man and a woman, and any sexual activity outside of that covenant is fornication. To film such acts adds further impurity and danger. We are told to flee sexual immorality, Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and God calls us to honor Him with our bodies 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. Marriage should be held in honor among all, and the bed undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Hebrews 13:4. We lovingly rebuke that former way and we encourage you to destroy any recordings completely so they cannot be kept, shared, or used to tempt you or others again, and to pursue by God's grace a life of purity and if you desire intimacy, to seek it only within a godly marriage to a fellow believer in Christ as you court with marriage as the goal.
We also noticed your prayer was offered to God but did not mention Jesus. We say this gently because it is so important, there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. It is only through faith in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we have access to God and forgiveness. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. So we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus for salvation and to come to the Father in His name, believing that His blood covers even this sin when we repent.
We lift up your physical needs together. We pray for this lingering infection that antibiotics have only suppressed. We ask the Lord who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 to bring complete healing to your body and to remove any infection and any body odor that concerns you. We pray for wisdom to be a good steward of the body God gave you, and we encourage you to continue seeking proper medical care, to not rely on supplements alone, and to ask for a referral to the right doctor, perhaps a specialist, until the root cause is found and treated. Beloved, we pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2. Before starting any supplement, please discuss it with a qualified medical provider so it does not interfere with treatment.
We also bring before the Lord your emotional numbness and the heaviness you feel today. We pray God restores your joy and peace and regulates your mind and body according to His design. We ask Him to lift the numbness and to guard your heart and mind with His peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. We pray He renews your mind day by day Romans 12:2 and helps you learn something new each day as you have asked.
We pray for your back, spine, neck and shoulders, for relief from pain, for a straight back and good posture. We ask God to strengthen you and to guide you in wise care for your body through proper posture, gentle movement, stretching, and medical counsel if needed.
We pray for the herbal supplement business you believe God has placed on your heart, and for your mother. We ask God to give you wisdom and prophetic insight and a clear sense of purpose. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We pray for diligence and honest planning and for favor as you start from scratch and learn where to begin. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. We pray God softens your mother's heart where it has been stubborn and opens a way for her to help with funding and business knowledge if it is His will, and we pray you honor her even as you seek His provision, whether through her or another way He provides. We pray you seek godly counsel and take small faithful steps.
We pray also for protection and blessing over you, your son, and your family and loved one you mentioned, and that you all grow closer to God. For we know the thoughts that He thinks toward you, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11.
Father in heaven, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We confess our sins and we thank You that through Jesus we are forgiven and cleansed. We ask You to forgive our brother for sexual immorality and for filming it, and we thank You that he has turned away. Wash him clean and remove any shame and any thought that this is an unbreakable curse, for You have broken every curse at the cross. We ask for complete healing of this infection, for guidance to the right doctors, for wisdom about any supplement, and for removal of odor and lingering symptoms. Heal his emotions, restore serotonin and dopamine balance as You designed, lift numbness and fill him with Your joy and peace. Touch his back, spine, neck and shoulders, take away pain and help him stand straight with strength. Grant him wisdom, insight and purpose, teach him daily, establish the work of his hands in this business idea, and open his mother's heart to support him according to Your will, or provide another way. Bless and protect him, his son, and his family, keep them from harm and draw them ever closer to You. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
