Healing Prayers request for Osteoarthritis of Spine, lung infection, and job opportunities

Treillennar

Disciple of Prayer
My name is ###, the doctor referred me to take x-rays due to severe excruciating pains in my back. And the results revealed that I have osteoarthritis in the spine.
But sickness is from the devil, I leave it at foot of the cross, and declare that by His stripes I'm healed. Victory is already mine in Jesus name.

2. Also stand in the gap for my ### year granddaughter and who was also admitted at the hospital and diagnosed lung infections, but the devil is a liar, no weapon formed against us shall prosper, in Jesus Christ name.

3. Also pray for open doors of employment opportunities for my daughter, ###. She Since completed her social Work degree but unfortunately she's a jobless. But we believe in God's timing.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, yet filled with faith, lifting up these burdens to our Heavenly Father. We stand in agreement with you, believing in the power of Jesus' name and the victory He has already secured for us through His sacrifice on the cross. By His stripes, we are indeed healed, and no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Yet, we also recognize that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, and sickness is one of his tools. But we declare that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world.

First, we lift up your battle with osteoarthritis in the spine. Father God, we thank You for the healing power of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We rebuke this pain and degeneration in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that your bones are strong, your spine is aligned, and your body is restored to full health. We pray for wisdom for the doctors treating you and for divine intervention in every cell and joint affected by this condition. Lord, we ask that You would touch every vertebra, every disc, and every nerve, bringing comfort, strength, and complete healing. We stand on Your Word in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We also hold fast to Isaiah 53:5, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." We declare that healing is yours, and we thank You for it, Father.

We also lift up your granddaughter, who is battling a lung infection. Heavenly Father, we come against this sickness in the name of Jesus. We declare that her lungs are clear, her breathing is easy, and her body is strong. We pray for the doctors and nurses attending to her, that You would guide their hands and give them wisdom. We rebuke every infection, every virus, and every spirit of infirmity that seeks to harm her. We stand on Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We thank You, Lord, for her complete recovery and for the testimony of Your healing power that will follow.

For your daughter, who is seeking employment, we pray for open doors that no man can shut. Father, we ask that You would guide her steps and lead her to the right opportunity. We declare that her skills, education, and experience are seen and valued. We pray for favor in interviews and for divine connections that will open the way for her. We stand on Your Word in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We also hold fast to Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We declare that her season of waiting is over, and the right job is on the horizon.

We also want to gently remind you of the importance of continuing to seek the Lord in all things. While we stand in faith and declare healing and victory, we also encourage you to remain in prayer and to seek the Lord’s guidance in every area of your life. James 5:14-15 says, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We encourage you to seek prayer and support from your local church community as well.

Father God, we thank You for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We thank You for the healing, the provision, and the breakthrough that is already ours. We declare that these prayers are answered, and we wait expectantly for Your mighty hand to move in each of these situations. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name by which we can be saved or healed. Amen.

We join our faith with yours as you bring these burdens to the cross. Your confidence in Christ’s healing and in God’s timing is a lifeline, and we are standing with you.

The news of osteoarthritis in your spine would be heavy for anyone, yet you’re choosing to anchor your hope in the finished work of Jesus. We ask Him to give you real, daily relief from the excruciating pain you mentioned. We’re grateful you’re under medical care, it’s a gift that doctors can see what’s happening and offer support. We pray for wisdom for them and for moments of genuine comfort for you, even now, as you rest in His presence.

For your young granddaughter, a lung infection can feel overwhelming. We lift her up right now, asking the Lord to quiet the infection, ease her breathing, and bring her back to full energy. We also ask for a calm, steady peace to settle over her parents and you while she heals. She is in good hands, both the hospital staff’s and the Father’s.

And your daughter’s job search matters too. A social work degree is a beautiful training in compassion, and we believe God has prepared a place for her. While she waits, perhaps she could connect with a local nonprofit as a volunteer or even explore short-term projects in her field. Those connections often lead to unexpected open doors. But more than any strategy, we join you in trusting His perfect timing.

Lord Jesus, we simply ask You to move in each need. Ease this back pain, restore this little girl’s lungs, and make a way for this daughter to step into meaningful work. May they all feel Your nearness and a fresh infusion of hope. In Your name we pray, Amen.

My dear soul, you have spoken a true word: these pains, this infection, this closed door, they are not from your Father's hand as tokens of His anger, but as trials permitted so that His delivering power may be seen the more brightly. You have laid the sickness at the foot of the cross, and that is the very best place for it. Do not be surprised, though, if the pain does not lift the moment you have prayed. Sometimes our Lord lets the fever rage a little longer, even in Peter's own house, so that when He takes the hand and raises the sufferer up, the miracle stands out all the more plainly. The greater the need, the larger the room for His mercy to work; He loves to strike out paths for Himself where no other help could come. The same hand that was nailed for you holds your aching spine even now, and not a single twinge of that excruciating pain escapes His notice.

You have declared that by His stripes you are healed, and you are right to do so. But remember that the healing Leaves on the Tree of Life are not always given to us in the way we expect. They may come as a gradual strengthening, a quiet enabling to bear what once seemed unbearable, or a peace that passes all understanding while the body still groans. The Lord Jesus did not come with a destroying rod but with healing in His wings, and He is tenderer with our infirmities than the gentlest nurse with a feverish child. Your granddaughter in that hospital bed, the devil is indeed a liar, and no weapon formed against her shall prosper. The lung infection is a weapon, but it is a weapon that shall be broken. Picture the Lord Jesus walking straight into that sickroom, as He walked into Peter's house where the fever polluted the air. Where the sickness is, the Great Physician comes. He does not stand at the door and call out instructions; He enters, He draws near, He touches. He has His own little ones in His special keeping, and not one lamb of His fold shall be snatched away before the time appointed.

Your daughter's empty hands after all her study, that too is ground for hope rather than despair. Our Lord often keeps us waiting, not to deny us the door, but to teach us that He Himself is the door. When the way seems blocked, He is preparing a path that no one else could have foreseen. I have seen it again and again: the right work, the right place, coming at the precise moment when it would bring the most glory to God and the most humble gratitude from the one who received it. Her degree is not wasted; it is seed in the ground, and the Lord of the harvest knows the season for it to spring up. His timing is not our timing, but it is always full of lovingkindness.

Let me leave this thought with you: the Lord who forgives is the very same Lord who heals. You remember the poor paralyzed man let down through the roof. Jesus did not start with the legs; He started with the soul. "Son, your sins are forgiven you." That was the deeper need, the root of all the rest. You have come to the cross already; you know your sins are forgiven. Then rest assured that the healing, in whatever form our wise Father chooses to bestow it, is coming in its season. Your body is the house where the King has condescended to dwell, and though it be a humble cottage full of aches, He will not leave it to fall into ruin before the day of full redemption. He who is preparing a glorious mansion for you in the heavens is not indifferent to the present crumbling of this earthly tent.

Let us pray.

Lord Jesus, You who are the same yesterday, today, and forever, look upon this dear one bowed down with pain. You know the sharpness of the thorn in the spine, the weariness of the struggle. Draw near as You did to Peter’s house, and let Your healing presence fill every room. Stretch out Your hand to the little granddaughter fighting for breath, and speak Your peace into her young lungs. You who made the heavens and the earth, there is no infection that can resist Your command. And for the daughter who waits, open a door that no man can shut. Let her find the work You have prepared for her, that she may use her gifts to serve the needy and glorify Your name. We leave every burden here at the foot of the cross, believing that the victory is already won, for You have overcome the world. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in faith with you and lifting these heavy burdens before the throne of grace. It has been on our hearts to continue interceding for your healing from the osteoarthritis in your spine, for your granddaughter’s complete recovery from the lung infection, and for your daughter’s breakthrough in finding meaningful employment.

We have prayed in agreement with your declarations—proclaiming that by Jesus’ stripes, you *are* healed, that no weapon formed against your family shall prosper, and that God’s perfect timing is unfolding even now. We have asked the Lord to strengthen your body, restore your granddaughter’s health, and open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. We have also prayed for peace to guard your hearts as you wait on Him, trusting that His promises are yes and amen in Christ.

If the Lord has already moved in any of these areas, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you! If the answers are still unfolding, please know we are committed to continuing in prayer with you. You are not alone in this battle, and we stand with you until every need is met according to His will.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him, and may His presence bring comfort, hope, and victory in every situation. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
