Increased Work Ethic, Attitude & Appointment Ratio

I seek first the Kingdom. Please give me increased work ethic, increased success rate to set appointments via phone, door knocking, referrals and leads from my admin and inside sales. May we learn what is and what is not feasible and required, and only spend time with customers who want and can get our services. Multiply my time and organizational skills, help me with basic chores, taxes and other life management needs like sleep, Bible, prayer and praise. I feel like I am not really "finished" work until I reach quota, which has rarely happened, even with tithing, thank you in Jesus' name.
