Immense hurdles to overcome

Dear Family Of God, Today I'd like to pray against and over severe and immense hurdles that need to be overcome. I pray for favor favor favor. I pray for miracles miracles miracles in pray for blessings blessings blessings. I'd like to pray against principalities and powers of darkness in high places. I pray for extreme, unmatched, unstoppable, unspeakable, abundantly, abounding glory all over the world. Please stand with me in faith, prayer and agreement over this. All these things I humbly ask in Jesus Christ name with thanksgiving. Thank you.

We stand with you in faith and agreement over these immense hurdles and we thank you for inviting us to pray with you in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have confidence to approach the throne of grace.

We hear the weight of what you are carrying and the earnest desire in your heart for favor, for miracles, for blessings, and for the glory of God to be revealed throughout the world. The Lord sees these hurdles and He is not distant from them. He is our present help and our strength. As it is written, Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And again, In all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us Romans 8:37.

You rightly discerned that our struggle is not merely against what is seen. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Therefore we do not fight in our own strength, but we put on the whole armor of God, standing firm in truth, righteousness, the preparation of the Good News of peace, faith, salvation, and the word of God, and we pray at all times in the Spirit.

We also rejoice with you as you ask with thanksgiving, for we are instructed, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Your repeated cry for favor and miracles and blessings is pleasing to the Father when it is offered with a humble and trusting heart, seeking His will and His glory above all.

So together we pray. Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We lift up these severe and immense hurdles to You, for nothing is too hard for You. We ask for Your divine favor to go before us and make a way where there seems to be no way. We ask for miracles that only You can take credit for, and for blessings that overflow for Your glory. We come against every principality and power of darkness in high places that would seek to hinder Your purposes, and we declare that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We ask that You would tear down every stronghold, break every chain, and let Your extreme, unmatched and abounding glory be seen all over the world, that many would see and fear and put their trust in You. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Strengthen our faith as we wait on You, and let Your grace be sufficient for us, for Your power is made perfect in weakness 2 Corinthians 12:9. We cast all our worries on You, because You care for us 1 Peter 5:7, and we trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose Romans 8:28. We thank You in advance for what You will do, and we give You all the praise and honor. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand firm, to remain in the Word daily, to pray without ceasing, and to walk in obedience, for our light affliction, which is for the moment, works for us more and more exceedingly an eternal weight of glory 2 Corinthians 4:17. Keep your eyes on Christ, who is the author and perfecter of our faith, and remember that God is faithful to complete the work He has begun. We continue to stand with you, believing for His unstoppable power and unspeakable peace to guard you until the victory is fully seen.

We heard the weight in your prayer and we are standing with you in faith and agreement.

When hurdles feel immense and stacked one on top of another, it is good to bring them to the Lord as you have done, asking for His favor and His glory to be seen. We join you in asking Him to make a way where there seems to be no way, to guard you from the powers of darkness, and to fill your life and the world around you with His presence and peace. We know the struggle is not only what we can see, and we trust that God is both aware and able.

One thing that often helps when everything feels big at once is to quietly name before the Lord the one or two hurdles that feel heaviest right now. You do not have to carry them all in a single prayer. Bringing those specific needs to Him day by day, and inviting a trusted pastor or believing friend to pray with you by name, can make the burden feel less isolating and help you notice how He is leading you step by step.

We are praying for you.

Father, we lift our brother to You with thanksgiving. We ask for Your mercy and favor over the hurdles before him, for wisdom for each decision, for protection from evil, and for strength to keep trusting You. Let Your glory and goodness be evident in his life in the way You know is best. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Father, we look to You and Your Word, Isaiah 8:20, rather than the noise and pollution of the world, 1 Jn 2:15-16. Thank You for working in my wife, my life, and for all that need Your guidance, "You are able to save forever those who come to God through Jesus, because He lives to make intercession for us," Heb 7:25, c.f. Rom 8:34. We agree with this husband, for his wife, children, family, friends, prayer and minister partners and and himself -- speak to us by any and every ordinary and extraordinary means: Father, with humble confidence, give her, them, us dreams and visions underlining your will for us in Christ Jesus, as You have done from ancient times: Joseph, Matt 1:20, Magi, Matt 2:12, Abimelech, Gen 20:3, Laban to remain neutral regarding Jacob, Gen 31:24, Nebuchadnezzar, Dan 2:1, Dan 4:5, Paul, Acts 19:6, and You will continue to though the future, Heb 13:8. Your arm is not too short, Num 11:23, especially to save, Isa 50:2, Isa 59:1. As little children, "we know You can do all things and no purpose of GOD can be thwarted,"Job 42:2. We agree with John, that light is stronger than darkness and not able to overcome it, John 1:5. Keep him, them, her, us and our churches, families, friends, pastors and government leaders from temptation, sin, evil, wrongdoing, lies, fear, evil people, deception, and the evil one, Lk 11:4, 1 Cor 8:1, Zeph 3:13, 2 Cor 13:7, 2 Cor 11:6, 2 Tim 3:5, 2 Tim 3:13, Tit 1:16, 2 Thes 3:2, Matt 24:4, Rev 12:9, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, 2 Thes 3:3. With thanksgiving we let our requests be made known and claim Your promise of incomprehensible peace, Phil 4:6-7. We thank You in advance, Mark 11:24, Heb 11:6, Jesus' Name, The Amen, and Faithful Witness, Rev 3:14, in Jesus ALL Your promises are Yes, and therefore we say, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20... Your cry concerning immense hurdles has been heard, and we do stand with you in prayer and agreement before the throne of grace.

There is no attribute more comforting to the tried child of God than the Divine Sovereignty. Your hurdles are not hidden from Him who sees all things through the glass of Divine foreknowledge, and who has ordained that Divine work shall go before His people. As Moses stood upon the hill with uplifted hands, so Christ our Intercessor pleads above, and that is the master weapon of our war. His shield goes in front, His sword cuts and clears the way, and we have but to follow where He leads. He will thrust out the enemy before you in His own time and way.

You have asked for favor, and we ask with you, yet we remember that all true favor comes as the sweet savor of the Lord Jesus Christ. Apart from His merits, which are most holy and purely offered unto God, there is no acceptance. But in Him, the Father accepts the persons of His people, and bestows upon them Divine Grace most richly. Pray then not only for outward deliverance, but for that inward favor which makes the soul accepted in the Beloved.

You have asked for miracles and blessings and for victory over principalities and powers of darkness in high places. We wrestle indeed not against flesh and blood, and we know that Divine interpositions still come in the way of deliverance from floods of trouble. The Lord has often delivered His people not always by a miraculous snatching from the flood, but by a wonder of preservation and provision that is full of grace for all that. He flies as it were upon the wings of the wind to display His love toward the objects of His choice.

Remember also that our trials and troubles, while they test and develop us, do by Divine Grace strengthen and improve us when Grace sanctifies them to our highest good. A life without trials would afford scant opportunity for the display of those virtues with which God has endowed His people. The Divine Presence itself is the one hope of the people of God. If the Lord is in the midst of us, our foes are defeated and every system of error and darkness must flow down at His feet.

We pray therefore that you may learn the holy art of overcoming, not by much striving in your own strength, but by earnest prayer whose real basis is the love of Christ Himself. May He withhold nothing that is for your good, and may He grant nothing that would draw you from Himself, for His sovereignty is wise and generous.

May the Lord grant you to feel the glory within your soul, that all your sin is gone, that Jesus Christ is your Savior, and that your soul is forever secure in His hands by Divine Grace simply through believing. May that same glory be spread abroad as you desire, not as an unstoppable display for our own exalting, but as the abounding glory of Christ made known to sinners who must be born again and adopted into the Divine family through Him alone.

We commend you to Him who is able to keep you and to make you more than conqueror. May you know His forgiveness, His freedom, and His favor, and may you end your journey well, fighting the fight till the victory comes, for at last when death comes the promise shall still hold good, the eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms.

We ask all this with thanksgiving, in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our only hope and our sweet savor before the Father. Amen.
