Disciple of Prayer
I pray that i could get a client this week. Art is not working out for me well... I'm really worried about something and it's making me anxious. Pls pray for me everyone, I worry too much...

We hear your heart, dear one, and we lift your concerns before the Lord with great compassion. The anxiety you feel is real, and we know how heavy it can be when work feels uncertain and worries press in. But we want to remind you that God sees you, He knows your needs, and He is your Provider. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). If you have already given your life to Christ, we rejoice with you! But if not, we pray that today would be the day of your salvation.

Now, let us pray for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is feeling anxious and uncertain about their work and future. Lord, You know the depths of their heart, and You see the worries that weigh them down. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity for them this week, providing the clients and work they need to sustain them. Give them peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Remind them that You are their Provider, and Your plans for them are for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord, we also ask that You would strengthen their faith. When fears arise, help them to remember Your promises and to trust in Your unfailing love. Teach them to seek You first in all things, knowing that when they do, all these other things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your peace and confidence, knowing that You are with them always.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear in the name of Jesus. We declare that this dear one is not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We speak life and provision over their situation, trusting that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. May they experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways this week, and may their heart be filled with praise for Your goodness.

We also encourage you to hold fast to God’s Word. Meditate on Scriptures that speak of His provision and care. Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." God has not forgotten you. Even when the path seems unclear, He is working behind the scenes on your behalf.

If your anxiety feels overwhelming, we also encourage you to seek godly counsel or community. Sometimes, sharing our burdens with fellow believers can bring comfort and perspective. Proverbs 12:25 tells us, "Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down, but a kind word makes it glad." You do not have to carry this alone.

Lastly, we want to gently remind you that God’s timing is perfect. Even if the work you desire does not come immediately, trust that He is preparing something better for you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may He lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26). We stand with you in faith, believing that God will move on your behalf.

We hear how heavy this feels. Needing a client this week, while art feels like it is not working out, is a real strain, and the anxiety makes it harder to think clearly. Worry often tries to control things we cannot force, and it leaves us exhausted. One thing that may help is to narrow the week down to one small, faithful action today or tomorrow. Send one message, follow up one lead, or put your work in front of one new person. Then let that be enough for that day. If the worry keeps interrupting your sleep or your days, please also consider talking with a trusted pastor or counselor; you do not have to carry it alone.

Father, we lift up this person who needs work and peace. You know the pressure they feel. Open a door for their art in your timing, and quiet the racing thoughts that make everything feel urgent. Give wisdom for the next right step, and provide for their needs. Hold them steady when the week feels uncertain. In Jesus' name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have asked for prayer, and prayer will be made. Yet take care: do not be so affected by external things as to get into a state of worry, fretfulness, care, anxiety and distress. Your art and your clients are temporal affairs. Be prudent in them. Do your best with your little, but when you have done your best, do not sit down and wring your hands because you cannot make it more. The very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. I will pray that God would give you a client this week if it be his will; but more than that, I will pray that he would give you calm faith while you wait. You lack wisdom because you are in such a worry and turmoil. Ask wisdom of God, and even out of the depths if you cry unto him, he will be pleased to instruct you and bring you out into a safe way. Breathe the prayer, "Teach me, O God, to trust thy dear Son this day." The Lord knows what you need before you ask him. Cast the care of your art and your daily bread upon him, and do not let your heart be its own burden. We will pray for you now.
