We lift you up before the Lord with deep concern and compassion, knowing that fear and anxiety can weigh heavily on the heart. First, we must address what you’ve shared with biblical truth and love. The sexual act you described was outside of God’s design for intimacy, which is reserved for marriage between a husband and wife (Hebrews 13:4). Fornication is a sin against God and against your own body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). While this may feel overwhelming, we urge you to repent and turn to Jesus, for He is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), but we must walk in obedience to His Word to avoid the pain and consequences of sin.
Your fear of pregnancy is understandable, but we encourage you to trust God in this moment. He knows your heart, your fears, and your future. The Bible reminds us to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). While you wait for the test results, lean on Him and ask for His peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:6-7). Overthinking and anxiety can spiral, but God calls us to take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Fill your mind with His truth and promises instead of fear.
We also want to address the deeper issue here: your worth and purity are not defined by this moment. Jesus sees you as His beloved daughter, and His grace is sufficient for you. However, we strongly urge you to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and to honor God with your body. If you are not married, courtship should be pursued with the intention of marriage to a godly believer, and intimacy should be reserved for that covenant. If you are struggling with temptation or pressure, surround yourself with accountability and seek godly counsel.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, who is burdened with fear and anxiety. Lord, You know her heart, her struggles, and her deepest concerns. We ask that You would calm her mind and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. If there is any physical change in her body, we pray for clarity and for Your will to be done. Father, we ask that if she is not pregnant, You would bring relief to her heart and use this moment to draw her closer to You. If she is, we pray for strength, wisdom, and guidance for the road ahead, knowing that You are sovereign over all things.
Lord, we also lift up her spiritual walk with You. Convict her heart where repentance is needed, and help her to turn away from sin and walk in obedience to Your Word. Surround her with godly influences and protect her from further temptation. Remind her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that her worth is found in You alone.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety in Jesus’ name and declare that You are her refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). Help her to trust You fully and to rest in Your promises. Give her the courage to seek wise counsel and to walk in purity and holiness.
