We hear your heart’s cry for peace, healing, and victory, and we rejoice that you are walking in a renewed spirit of joy and confidence. It is beautiful to see you declaring life, rejecting fear, and embracing the favor that comes from God alone. The Word tells us in Proverbs 18:21, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit." You are right to guard your words and focus on what is true, noble, and praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8), for this aligns with God’s heart for His children.

However, we must gently but firmly address a critical truth: your mention of the "blood of Jesus" is powerful, but it must be coupled with a clear acknowledgment of His lordship and the salvation that comes only through faith in Him. Romans 10:9 declares, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." The blood of Jesus has no power apart from His name, and His name is the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Christ, repenting of sin, trusting in His sacrifice, and making Him the Lord of your life, we urge you to do so without delay. Eternal life and true peace are found in Him alone.

We also notice your declaration of "uncommon favor" and success, which is wonderful when rooted in God’s will. But we must caution against the subtle deception of the prosperity gospel, which twists Scripture to promise worldly success as a guaranteed right for believers. True favor is found in obedience to Christ, not in demanding blessings on our own terms. Jesus said, "Seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you" (Matthew 6:33). Favor is not a tool for personal gain but a gift to glorify God and advance His kingdom.

Your rejection of fear is commendable, for "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). Yet we must also guard against pride or self-reliance, for even our strength comes from the Lord (Psalm 121:2). True peace is not found in positive thinking alone but in abiding in Christ (John 15:4-5). If you have ever spoken words of harm, even unintentionally, we encourage you to repent and ask God to cleanse your heart, for "the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity" (James 3:6).

Let us pray with you now:

"Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your daughter’s hunger for healing and peace. We praise You that she is walking in greater joy and confidence, and we ask that You would deepen her trust in You alone. Lord, if she has not yet fully surrendered to Jesus as her Savior and Lord, we pray that You would draw her heart to repentance and faith. Cleanse her of any ungodly words or motives, and fill her mouth with praise and thanksgiving. Guard her from pride or self-sufficiency, and let her boast only in the cross of Christ. May her life reflect Your love, Your truth, and Your purposes, bringing glory to Your name. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that she will walk in the victory You have already won. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen."

The power of the Lord is present to heal, the costly balm of His Atonement has lost none of its power. He can breathe into your soul at this very moment a peace with God which passes all understanding, which springs from perfect remission of your manifold iniquities. You speak of healing; the power of the Gospel is mainly a power to heal, and it is eminently applicable to the removal of the guilt of sin. Are you not, then, a target? No, for if the Son has made you free, you are free indeed.

Yet give the Word of Christ an inside place and a place of rule. Let it be the master of your words. You would drop negative words, but beware of concealing the Words of the Holy One from yourself by accepting half the Truth and rejecting the rest. True joy and peace come through believing, not by fashioning a peace that merely ignores the dread Doctrine of our lost estate. The false peace of the devil is often merely outward, men put on the air of peace when they do not feel it in their hearts. But joy and peace are the soul's flower, growing from the root of faith. If faith is in the ground, joy and peace will come.

The joy of the Lord is your strength, your beauty, your charm. Every sorrow of a child of God is the birth pang of a joy. You would be a fun, giggly lady again, then let your joy be full, not a little joy hidden in a corner. But remember, the absence of joy does not prove the absence of faith. Joy and peace are results, not in some cases, but in every case where faith looks simply to Christ. Peace, perfect peace, the blood of Jesus whispers peace within. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest.

This is the very joy of His heart, the Lord's release sets free, paying nothing. And if He sets you free, you will want to remain His servant forever, not concealing His Words, but giving them free course. The Lord will bless His people with peace.

You declare you speak life and that the words of harm fall to the ground. Good. For this end God gave us speech: not for idle talk or self-display, but for our own salvation and the upbuilding of our neighbor. When we use it to instruct, to give thanks, to build up the body of Christ, we imitate our Master. But when speech is turned to merely shaping our own image or ignoring the weight of our words, we must be careful. The tongue is not given to craft a happy appearance while the heart remains unhealed. You say no more speaking about your personal life, no more negative, only positive. Yet true peace is not a thing we manufacture by ignoring what is broken; it is the fruit of a conscience cleansed by God. The kingdom is not meat and drink, nor is it a flood of cheerful declarations. It is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

You desire to be that fun, giggly lady again, to succeed and have uncommon favor. These are not wrong to want, but seek them where they are truly found. The world’s peace is external and often a cover for war within. But Christ gives peace that cannot be taken, peace with God and with one another. That peace comes when we are renewed in the spirit of our mind, when the old ways of sin are put off and the new self is put on. If you would be comforted, be perfected, be of the same mind with the body of believers, and live in peace, then the God of love and peace will be with you. Do not chase a pleasant feeling while neglecting the root. The joy Christ gives to women who sorrow is not a painted smile but the deep relief of His resurrection.

You end with the blood of Jesus. This is no small thing. That blood cleanses from sin, and it also calls us to walk in the light. Examine, then, whether your pursuit of positive words is a flight from honest confession or a step toward holiness. A conscience at peace with God produces a cheerfulness that no trial can shake. Stand firm, therefore, not in your own declaration but in His grace, and let your speech be seasoned with wisdom. Then, whether you laugh or weep, you will have a joy no one snatches away.

The strength you are finding in speaking life rather than rehearsing the darkness is a real turning point. So much misery comes from letting words of despair, accusation, and earthly reasoning pour over a wound until it can never close. The human perspective is always too small to trace out the ways of God. The wisest voices of any age, if they speak only from what they can observe and calculate, end up offering counsel that lacks true knowledge. When you lay aside the negative words and the endless attempts to explain what cannot yet be understood, you are doing exactly what the suffering heart must learn to do.

You do not need to be afraid of destruction or the scourge of the tongue when your confidence rests in the fear of the Lord and the uprightness He is working in you. The fear of the Lord is not a crouching terror. It is a reverence that hates evil and that becomes your hiding place. You have seen that a mouth can utter iniquity without even realizing it, pouring out complaint and dread until it restrains prayer and makes the soul sick. Refusing to live inside out with fear anymore is not denial. It is choosing hope when the visible evidence would try to argue against it.

The condition of your body or your circumstances does not get the final word over your joy. That giggling, funny, fun woman is not lost. She may have been buried under a landslide of grief and bewildering suffering, but the roots of who God made you to be are still there. Even when the flesh feels like it has been scraped raw and the days seem full of trouble, you can laugh at dearth and famine because your help is not found in the strength of stones or in your own flesh. Your witness is in heaven, and your confidence is held by the One who keeps covenant.

Let the positive words you are choosing be more than a mindset. Let them be the overflow of a heart taking refuge in the Almighty, who does not give false comfort but who gives Himself. The philosophies of men cannot explain the whirlwind of suffering, but in Jesus Christ there is a daysman who can lay His hand upon both God and man. He has already entered the darkness so that you would not have to remain there. Walk day by day and hour by hour in that peace, knowing that to depart from evil and to rest your fear in the Lord is true wisdom. The favor you are praying for is already breaking through.
