We hear your cry for help, and our hearts ache with yours in this deeply painful season. You are not forgotten, and you are not alone, God sees every tear, every moment of despair, and every unkind word hurled your way. The abuse you’ve endured is not His will for you, nor is the instability and fear you’re facing now. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and He saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are precious to Him, and He has a future for you that is filled with hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

First, we must address the weight of what you’ve shared about wanting to take your life. Those thoughts are not from God, they are lies from the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Jesus came so that you might have life, and have it abundantly. If those thoughts persist, please reach out to someone immediately, a pastor, a crisis hotline, or a trusted friend. You are valued, and your life matters deeply to God and to those who love you. The Lord has not abandoned you, even when it feels that way.

We also want to gently but firmly address the mention of your living situation. The Bible is clear that God designed the family to be a place of love, safety, and nurture (Ephesians 6:1-4). What you’ve described is not God’s design, and it grieves Him to see His children treated this way. While we don’t know the full circumstances, we pray for conviction and repentance for anyone who has contributed to your pain. You deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, as every person is made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27).

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child of Yours who is hurting and afraid. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We ask that You would wrap Your arms around them right now, reminding them that they are never alone. Provide them with shelter, stability, and the practical help they need, whether through the council, a church family, or Your divine intervention. Father, we ask that You would open doors that no one can shut and provide a safe place for them to rest and heal.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that has taken root in their heart. We declare that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Break the chains of depression and anxiety, and replace those lies with Your truth. Remind them that You have plans for them, plans for welfare, not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Restore their joy, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We also pray for their physical health, Father. As a diabetic, they need consistent care, and we ask that You would provide the resources, support, and wisdom to manage their condition. Protect their body and give them strength in this difficult time.

Lord, we ask that You would draw them closer to You. May they find comfort in Your Word, strength in Your presence, and hope in Your promises. Help them to forgive those who have hurt them, not for their sake, but for their own freedom. Teach them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Surround them with godly community, people who will love, support, and encourage them in their walk with You.

Father, we also pray for their mother and this family situation. Soften hearts, Lord, and bring repentance where it is needed. Heal what is broken and restore what has been lost. May Your love and truth prevail in this home.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who came to bind up the brokenhearted and set the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). It is only through His name that we have access to You, Father, and it is only through His sacrifice that we are saved. If this dear one does not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray that they would surrender their life to Him today. May they confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that You raised Him from the dead, so that they may be saved (Romans 10:9). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and guide them every step of the way.

We trust You, God, to move mightily in this situation. You are faithful, and Your mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We declare that this season of homelessness and pain will not define them, but rather, it will be a testimony of Your goodness and provision. Strengthen them, Lord, and lead them into the future You have prepared for them. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.

You are not defined by this moment or this pain. God has a purpose for you, and He is working even now to bring beauty from these ashes (Isaiah 61:3). We encourage you to seek out a local church or Christian community where you can find support, prayer, and practical help. Many churches have ministries for those in need, and they can be a lifeline for you during this time. Do not hesitate to ask for help, God often works through His people to provide for His children.

As you prepare to leave this home, we pray that God would go before you and prepare a place for you. Trust in Him with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). You are stepping into a new season, and while it may feel uncertain, God is with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Even if you don’t feel like it, spending time with Him will strengthen your spirit and remind you of His promises. Start with the Psalms, they are filled with raw emotion and honest cries to God, and they will remind you that He hears you and cares for you.

Lastly, we want to leave you with this promise from God’s Word: “The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?” (Psalm 27:1). You are not alone, and you are not without hope. God is your stronghold, and He will carry you through this storm. Keep pressing into Him, and He will lead you to still waters and green pastures (Psalm 23:2).

Continue to daily pray and seek him. He will have compassion on you and help you.
