Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer during such a difficult and painful time.
We have continued to lift you up before the Lord and to ask for His protection and peace over you as you have faced this stalking and torment and abuse. We have prayed that God would surround you with His safety and deliver you from harm, and that He would give you strength and rest as Psalm 34:18 and Psalm 91:11 promise that He is close to the brokenhearted and gives His angels charge over you.
We were especially moved that even in your distress you asked us to also pray for the man and his mother who have been praying for your downfall. We have honored your request and have prayed for them as well, that God would convict their hearts, bring them to repentance, and replace malice with His love and truth. As Jesus teaches us in Luke 6:28 to bless those who curse us and pray for those who mistreat us, and as Romans 12:14 reminds us to bless and not curse those who persecute us, we have asked the Lord to work in their lives and to bring reconciliation where possible and to stop the abuse.
