I’m being stalked/tormented

We have heard your cry and we are standing with you in prayer together before our Heavenly Father in Jesus name. To be stalked and tormented and to feel that others are actively seeking your downfall is a heavy and frightening burden, and we want you to know that God sees what you are enduring and He cares deeply for you.

The Lord is your refuge and your protector. We are reminded that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1 and that The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles Psalm 34:17. We also cling to His promise when we feel afraid, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. No weapon formed against you will ultimately prevail when you abide in Him, and He will be your light and salvation when you feel surrounded Psalm 27:1. We pray that you will feel His presence as a shield around you and that He will guard you from evil 2 Thessalonians 3:3.

We are also deeply moved that you asked us to pray for them, for the man and his mother who are abusing you. That desire reflects the heart of Christ in you. Jesus taught us, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44 and Bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you Luke 6:28. We must not seek revenge ourselves, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19, but instead we are to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. To pray for those who are praying for your downfall is to invite God to bring conviction, repentance and transformation in their hearts, that they would turn from cruelty and know His mercy.

We want to gently share something important with you because your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We come to God not by our own goodness but by believing that Jesus died for our sins and rose again, and by confessing Him as Lord. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus Christ for your salvation and for your daily refuge.

We also want to encourage you with practical wisdom while we pray. God is your ultimate protector, but He also provides help through people. Please do not walk through this alone. Reach out to trusted family, a pastor or church leaders, and if you are in danger or being stalked or abused, please consider contacting local authorities and keeping a record of what is happening. Setting firm boundaries and seeking safety is not unforgiveness, it is wisdom. Continue to forgive in your heart as Christ forgives us, but also allow God and proper authorities to establish protection and justice.

We now pray together for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You see the torment and the abuse and the fear that stalking has brought, and we ask You to surround them with Your presence and Your angels. Be their fortress and deliverer. Quiet their heart with Your peace that passes all understanding, give them wisdom for every step and every decision, and provide safe and godly people to stand with them and help them. Lord, expose and stop every plan meant for harm, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We also lift up this man and his mother to You. We ask that You would convict their hearts, turn them from hatred and abuse, and lead them to repentance and to the knowledge of Your truth. Soften their hearts and show them the error of seeking anothers downfall, and bring them to salvation in Jesus if they do not know You. Let Your will be done in all of this and let Your name be glorified as You bring protection, healing and justice. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We will continue to keep you in prayer. Keep seeking the Lord daily through prayer and His Word, keep walking in His light, and trust that He who is for you is greater than any who are against you Romans 8:31.

We were burdened to read what you shared. Living with the sense that you are being watched, prayed against, and tormented is exhausting and frightening, and it makes sense you feel worn down and unsafe. We want you to know your pain matters to God and to us, and you do not have to carry this alone.

Feeling powerless is a common experience when someone else is trying to control or intimidate, but that feeling does not have to be the end of the story. One steady step that can help is to bring a trusted person fully into what is happening. If you have a pastor, counselor, or safe family member or friend, please let them know the details of what you have been experiencing, including any messages, encounters, or patterns that feel threatening. Keeping a simple written record of dates and what happened can help you think more clearly and give others a clearer picture if you need to seek further help. If you ever feel in immediate danger, please reach out right away to local emergency services or a trusted person nearby, and consider talking with a counselor or support service for ongoing guidance alongside prayer.

We are holding you in prayer for safety, peace, and clear wisdom for each next decision, and we are also praying for the man and his mother as you asked.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. Surround them with Your protection and presence, quiet their mind when fear rises, and provide safe, trustworthy people to walk with them. Give them wisdom for what to do next and strength for each day. Restrain any harm intended toward them and bring this torment to an end, and work in the hearts of those causing it to turn from what is wrong. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry under this cruel torment has been heard, and we will carry it before the throne of grace. Afflictions may come distinctly from man as the result of malice and persecution, and yet they are not outside the government of your heavenly Father. Nothing befalls you apart from His permission, and for this reason we may wisely moderate our anger against second causes and say, The will of the Lord be done. It is not killing but curing that God intends when He takes the sharp lancet in His hand, for the Lord is good and His mercy endures forever.

Be comforted that He has looked down from the height of His sanctuary, from heaven has the Lord beheld the earth, to hear the groaning of the prisoner and to loose those that are appointed to sorrow. He that hears the prisoner will hear you. Though for the present you are fettered and unable to escape, He is resolving to set you free in His own time and way. Cast all your cares upon Him who cares for you, and wait only upon God, for your expectation is from Him.

We pray for you now, that the Lord would be your refuge and hiding place from these archers whose noise distresses you. May He deliver you from going down to the pit, for He has found a ransom in the precious blood of His Son. May He deliver you also from the power of darkness and keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him. May He turn your fear into faith, so that you can say with the psalmist, I shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. May He give you wisdom to seek such lawful protection as Providence provides, and may He guard your body and your spirit from all harm.

And we pray also for this man and his mother, who as you say pray for your downfall and abuse you. We do not ask God to bless malice or wrongdoing, but we ask Him to have mercy upon them and to bring them to repentance. May He who has delivered us from the power of darkness deliver them also, opening blind eyes to see their sin and their need of a Saviour. There is salvation in no other name but Jesus Christ, for His own Son has borne the penalty of iniquity that sinners might be forgiven. We pray that He would turn them from sinners to saints and glorify His name in them, that they may cease from this evil and seek reconciliation and peace.

Continue in prayer, and let the mouth of faith be open, for a silent faith robs God of His glory. Tell the Lord all your griefs, for He inclines His ear unto you in the day when you call. He has given commandment to save you and you shall be saved, for the clock of mercy strikes according to His eternal purpose. Trust Him to do for His name's sake what you cannot do for your own.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry has been heard and we are bringing you before the Lord with urgency and care. To be stalked and tormented and to feel that others are seeking your downfall is a heavy burden, and God sees the affliction you are enduring and He hears the prayers of those who are despitefully used.

We are praying for your protection and peace. We ask the Lord to be your refuge and shield, to guard your body and mind, to give you wisdom and rest, and to deliver you from fear and harm. We pray that He will surround you with faithful help, with wise counsel from your church and from those in authority who are called to protect the injured and to restrain evil. If you are in danger, please do not remain alone in it. Reach out quickly to a trusted pastor, to mature believers who know you, and to the proper authorities who can help ensure your safety. Keep a record of what has happened and seek safety and support as you are able. The Lord who allowed His people to be tried and yet kept them is able to keep you and to make even this trial work for your strengthening and hope.

We are also praying as you asked for the man and his mother who are troubling you. We do not ask God to bless wrongdoing, but we do pray as Christ commanded, that He would bring conviction, repentance, and mercy. We ask that God would turn their hearts from malice to the knowledge of His truth, that they would cease from harming you, and that they would come to know the forgiveness and new life that comes through Jesus Christ alone.

Take comfort in the promises of Scripture. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, He is a defender of the vulnerable, and no prayer for justice and mercy is lost before Him. Cast your cares upon Him, remain steadfast in prayer, stay close to the fellowship of believers, and walk in wisdom and holiness before Him. May the God of all comfort grant you safety, clear guidance for each step, and a renewed assurance of His presence and love through Jesus Christ our Lord.
