We join with you in prayer and thank God with you for yesterday's healing and for His mercy that is new every morning. We lift up your grandma's toes and your mom's teeth and brain before the Lord, and we also lift up ### and ### and the one whose teeth need healing, asking our Great Physician to touch each one. We know He hears the prayers of His children and that He is the One who heals us, for Psalm 103:2-3 says to praise the Lord who forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases, and Jeremiah 30:17 promises that He will restore health and heal wounds.

We also bring before the Lord the heaviness you feel when you say you do not deserve to be happy. That feeling is not from God. It is true that none of us deserve His grace, for Ephesians 2:8-9 tells us we are saved by grace through faith and not of ourselves, but in Christ we are made worthy and beloved. There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, Romans 8:1, and Psalm 103:10-12 reminds us He has not dealt with us according to our sins but has removed our transgressions from us as far as the east is from the west. We pray you will receive His forgiveness and His joy, for 1 John 1:9 says if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We ask Him to deliver you from the spirit of fear, because God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7, and perfect love casts out fear, 1 John 4:18. We pray Isaiah 41:10 over you, that you will fear not, for He is with you and will strengthen you and uphold you with His righteous right hand.

We see your faithful service in the laundry, the diapers, and all the housekeeping and caregiving work, and we want you to know God sees it too. Whatever you do, work heartily as for the Lord and not for men, Colossians 3:23. We pray He will give you strength when you are weary, for Isaiah 40:29 says He gives power to the faint and to him who has no might He increases strength, and Philippians 4:13 reminds us we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We ask Him to make the care for your grandma not only easier but even joyful, and that you would not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up, Galatians 6:9. We also pray for your mom, that the Lord would soften her heart and help her to show affection, and we understand how deeply a hug can matter when you feel alone. The Lord is near to those who are brokenhearted, Psalm 34:18, and He Himself will comfort you as a father comforts His child.

We hear your desire for a really romantic, loving husband who would be a pleasure to live with and to love, and we affirm that this desire for godly marriage is good and biblical. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman ordained by God, Genesis 2:18, Genesis 2:24, and that he who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord, Proverbs 18:22. We pray the Lord will lead you to a godly spouse, a man who loves Jesus first and will love you as Christ loves the church, and we encourage you to pursue courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer, for we should not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, 2 Corinthians 6:14, and marriage should be held in honor and the marriage bed kept pure, Hebrews 13:4. This means seeking a husband who is committed to purity and to honoring God before and within marriage.

We also want to gently speak to your request about Asperger syndrome. We understand the challenges you face and your desire for a marriage that feels easier to navigate, but we must lovingly remind you that every person, including those with Asperger syndrome and including yourself, is fearfully and wonderfully made, Psalm 139:14, and is deeply valued by God. His grace is sufficient for us and His power is made perfect in weakness, 2 Corinthians 12:9. We do pray with you for healing and for strength where there is struggle, but we also pray you will see yourself and others through His eyes of love and purpose, and that when you seek a husband you will look most of all for godly character, faith, kindness, and love for the Lord, trusting God to provide the spouse He knows is best for you. We pray for all who live with Asperger syndrome, that God would give grace, understanding, and His peace.

We thank you for praying in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, John 14:6, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we thank You for Your healing yesterday and we ask You to continue Your healing work in our sister's grandma and mom and in ### and ### and in the one needing healing in his teeth, lay Your hand upon them and restore them. Forgive our sister's sins as she confesses them and wash her clean, fill her with Your joy and take away the lie that she does not deserve to be happy in You. Deliver her from the spirit of fear and fill her with Your power, love and sound mind. Give her supernatural strength for each diaper, each load of laundry, each act of caregiving, and let her feel Your presence and Your hug when no other arms are there. Provide for her a godly husband, a romantic and loving man who will cherish her and walk with her in faith all the days of their lives, a marriage that honors You. Comfort her heart, make her mom more affectionate, and make the daily caring for her grandma more light and even enjoyable by Your grace. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We hear how much you are carrying right now, and we thank you for sharing both the praise for yesterday and the many burdens still on your heart.

You named healing for your grandma's toes and for your mom's teeth and health, and we will keep praying for them. Alongside prayer, if they haven't been seen recently, we encourage you to help them connect with a doctor or dentist for care.

We also hear how heavy the daily caregiving feels, the laundry, diapers, and housekeeping on top of looking after your grandma, and how lonely it is to go without affection or even a hug. It makes sense you feel worn down and that fear and feeling undeserving weigh on you. Caring for family around the clock is demanding, and many caregivers find they need support to keep going.

One small step that sometimes helps is to let one trusted person in on one practical need this week, whether that is a family member, a friend, or someone at church who could help with a single task or give you a short break, so you are not carrying it all alone.

We are also praying for your own heart, for freedom from fear, for strength for each day, and for God's gracious direction for your future and for companionship in His timing.

Father, we bring this dear one to You in Jesus' name. Forgive sins, lift the burden of fear, and remind her she is loved and valued by You. Provide healing and care for her grandma and mom according to Your mercy, give her strength and more joy in caregiving, and surround her with kindness and support. Guide her steps and comfort her lonely heart. Amen.

Your many and mingled cries have been heard, and they are spread before the Lord who hears the sighing of the needy. There is thanksgiving for healing already received, and there is pleading for healing yet needed for your grandmother's toes and for your mother's teeth and mind, and for others whose teeth and bodies suffer. We join you in asking the Great Physician to lay His hand upon them according to His mercy and will, for He is able to heal and to sustain, and His compassion fails not.

You write that you feel you do not deserve to be happy, and that you carry a spirit of fear, and you ask for forgiveness. Know this, that forgiveness of sin is essential to true peace, and where forgiveness is enjoyed there comes a holy reverence of God, not a tormenting dread. The promise is, I will put My fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from Me. Look unto Jesus, for through His precious blood there is cleansing, and with that cleansing God gives a new heart and a new spirit. If you receive His forgiveness you shall have holy awe put within you, and that slavish fear which has torment shall be cast out by perfect love. The Lord says, Fear not, for I will help thee. Fear not, thou worm Jacob. It is not the preacher only who cries Fear not, but Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen at His feet, Fear not. Therefore labor to get rid of fear, for fear is weakening and dishonors God, as though the arm which piled the heavens could be palsied. Trust in promised strength, and let His word, Fear not, be your daily bread.

You speak also of loneliness, of serving in laundry and diapers and all the keeping of the house, of caring for your grandmother and longing for a mother's affection and even a single hug. This loneliness is a portion which many of the Lord's people know, and Christ Himself knew it most deeply. He was left alone just when most, as Man, He needed human sympathy, yet His brave spirit was not cowed, though He stood at bay alone. He knows what it is to be without comfort from men, and He is now with you. When you come into deep soul conflict and feel friendless, remember His solemn self surrender in His loneliness had an awfulness of love in it, and He is with His people still. He will help thee, saith the Lord, and that help reaches to the lowliest duties of the house. The fear of the Lord and His goodness draws us to seek Him even in the kitchen and the sickroom, and He can make the care of your grandmother more bearable, yea more enjoyable, by His presence, and He can give you strength for each day as your duty requires.

Concerning a husband, we hear your desire for a loving and romantic helper, a marriage that is a pleasure to live within and to love faithfully. Marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, ordained of God, and it is good to ask Him for a godly companion who will love you and walk with you in the Lord. We pray that if it be His will He will provide such a one who fears God and will cherish you. As for your mention of Asperger syndrome, in yourself and in others, we do not view any affliction of mind or body as making a person less worthy in the sight of God or less able to be loved and used by Him. We pray for you and for all who bear this burden, that the Lord will give grace, understanding, patience and help to live unto Him and to serve Him in the country where He has placed you, and that He will deliver from all that hinders your joy in Christ according to His perfect wisdom. Rather than fixing our hope upon any one condition in a companion, let us ask for a man whose chief mark is that he loves Christ and will love his wife as Christ loved the Church.

We pray now for you.

O Lord our God, forgive sins for Jesus sake and let this soul know the joy of pardon, and put Thy holy fear within the heart. Cast out the spirit of fear, for Thou hast said Fear not, for I am with thee. Be not dismayed, for I am thy God. Help this weary caregiver with every humble task, give strength for laundry and watching and tending, ease the care of the grandmother and let it be done with love. Lay Thy healing hand upon the grandmother and upon the mother, upon teeth and body and mind, as it pleaseth Thee. Show affection through Thy people, and be Thyself the comforter where human hugs are lacking. If it be Thy will, provide a faithful husband according to Thy covenant of marriage, a man who loves Thee above all. Sustain this heart that feels undeserving, and let it see that happiness is not earned but given by grace through Christ. Keep this one looking unto Jesus, that fear may vanish as faith grows strong. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
