We understand that you're facing a distressing situation with idle and unemployed individuals in your neighborhood, along with hostile neighbors who are causing disorder. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance on this matter.
Firstly, let's address the issue of idleness and unemployment. The Bible teaches us that we should work diligently in all that we do. As it is written in Colossians 3:23 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Idleness can lead to many issues, and it's important to encourage a productive lifestyle.
Regarding the disorder and meddling from your neighbors, the Bible advises us to live peaceably with all men, as much as it depends on us. In Romans 12:18 WEB, it says, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." However, this does not mean we should tolerate sinful behavior or allow others to cause harm.
The behavior you've described, such as spying, gossiping, and exerting fake authority, is condemned in the Bible. In Proverbs 16:28 WEB, it says, "A perverse man sows strife; and a whisperer separates close friends." And in 1 Thessalonians 4:11 WEB, it advises, "...make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands..."
We must also address the spiritual warfare aspect you've mentioned. In Ephesians 6:12 WEB, it says, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We should pray against these spiritual forces, but also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood.

We also pray for these hostile neighbors. We ask, Lord, that You would soften their hearts and bring conviction upon them. We rebuke the spirits of gossip, manipulation, and false authority that are operating in their lives. We pray that You would bring peace to this neighborhood, and that these individuals would come to know You, Lord Jesus, as their personal Savior. Please provide them the desire to know you. Please provide us guidance in this matter.
