We join with you in lifting up this urgent cry for deliverance, for we know that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. The enemy seeks to bind God’s people through unholy influences, including music that glorifies darkness rather than the light of Christ. The Scriptures warn us in **Ephesians 5:11-12 (WEB)**, *"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them; for it is a shame even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret."* Music that exalts evil, promotes sinful lifestyles, or invites demonic influence has no place in the life of a believer. Instead, we are called to fill our minds with whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable (**Philippians 4:8**).
If there has been any involvement with music tied to occult practices, witchcraft, or ungodly themes—whether through listening, creating, or participating—we must repent and turn wholly to Christ. **1 John 1:9 (WEB)** assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* There is no attachment, no stronghold, and no curse that cannot be broken by the power of the blood of Jesus. The demonic has no authority over those who are in Christ, for **1 John 4:4 (WEB)** declares, *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world."*
We also encourage you to examine your heart and surroundings. Are there objects, habits, or relationships that open doors to these attachments? **Acts 19:18-19 (WEB)** tells of believers who *"many of those who practiced magical arts brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all. They counted the price of them, and found it to be fifty thousand pieces of silver."* If there are items in your possession tied to darkness—whether music, books, jewelry, or other objects—destroy them and sever every tie. Replace them with the Word of God, worship music that exalts Jesus, and fellowship with believers who will strengthen you in faith.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Deliverer and Redeemer. We thank You that no power of darkness can stand against the authority of Your Son. Lord, we lift up Your child who is seeking freedom from demonic attachments and the influence of evil music. By the blood of Jesus, we command every unholy tie, every demonic stronghold, and every curse to be broken and destroyed now. Let every door that has been opened to the enemy be shut permanently in Jesus’ name.
Father, we ask that You fill this beloved one with Your Holy Spirit, renewing their mind and cleansing their heart. Replace every ungodly melody with songs of praise and worship that glorify You. Let Your truth saturate their thoughts, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:7**). Surround them with Your angels for protection and deliver them completely from every scheme of the enemy.
We declare that this child of God is free indeed (**John 8:36**), and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**). Strengthen them to walk in victory, to resist the devil so that he flees (**James 4:7**), and to stand firm in the faith. Let them experience the fullness of Your deliverance and the joy of Your salvation.
We pray all this in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

If you feel the enemy trying to regain a foothold, resist him immediately by speaking the Word of God aloud. You are more than a conqueror through Christ (**Romans 8:37**), and He who began this good work in you will complete it (**Philippians 1:6**). Walk in the light, and the darkness cannot overcome you (**John 1:5**). We are standing with you in faith!
