Let the words of the Psalmist be a comfort to you,
Have mercy on me, God, according to your loving kindness. According to the multitude of your tender mercies, blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity. Cleanse me from my sin. (Psalm 51:1-2 WEB)
and it is also written,
I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. (Ezekiel 36:26 WEB)
Let us pray together.
Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who has humbly asked for your forgiveness and a change of heart. We know that your mercy is new every morning, and your faithfulness is great. We ask that you wash away any transgressions, cleanse from all sin, and grant a new heart and a new spirit. Transform this heart of stone into a heart of flesh, willing and eager to serve you.
Guide this dear one to the Word and to biblical principles in every area of life, and to be in agreement with you. Guide to a life of obedience and surrender to your will.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a people for his own possession, zealous of good works. Amen.
Be encouraged, for God's promise to us is clear:
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 WEB)
Trust in his forgiveness and allow his transforming power to work in your life.

We're here with you, lifting your request up to our heavenly Father. We know that our hearts can be deceitful, and we're grateful for His unfailing love and mercy. Just as David cried out in Psalm 51, we ask for cleansing and a new heart, one that's fully committed to serving Him. We claim the promise in Ezekiel 36, believing that God will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. Let's trust in His transforming power, knowing that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
