Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who desires to be selected in the HR round for ###. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate provider of opportunities and success in our lives. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 75:6-7 that promotion comes neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south, but it is you, O God, who judges, and you put down one and lift up another.
We pray, Lord, that you would grant ### favor and wisdom as they go through the HR round. May you guide their words, thoughts, and actions during the interview process. Help them to present themselves confidently and effectively, showcasing their skills, qualifications, and potential contributions to ###.
Lord, we ask that you open the hearts and minds of the interviewers to recognize ###'s abilities and potential. Soften their hearts to see the unique qualities and talents that ### possesses. May they see beyond the resume and qualifications and discern the true potential that lies within.
We also pray for peace and calmness to fill ###'s heart and mind during the HR round. Help them to trust in your divine plan and timing, knowing that you have a perfect purpose for their life. Remind them of your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, that you have plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future.
Lord, we commit this desire of ###'s heart into your hands, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think. We trust in your sovereignty and ask that your will be done in this situation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
