Romans 10:9 says, if you confess that Jesus Christ is Lord with your mouth and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead you shall be saved. After you do this the Holy Spirit comes into your body and dwells inside of you. The Holy Spirit can also help with the feminine feelings that you have. You have to totally give yourself over to Him and let Him use you as a tool. This is not to say that you won't be tempted or fall into temptations. But you must put up a fight. We all have our areas of weakness whether it be sexual sin or some other sin. I pray that God heals your mind, body, and soul from the sexual abuse you encountered as a child. Always remember that it's not your fault. In God designed you for a purpose the devil is trying to stop you from fulfilling it.
