I Still Pray For Strength

I need strength to stand up to the sin around me that temps me into its snare. My family and friends, are always finding ways to get me involved and feel bad later. Please God help me stand strong, return me to the strong person I once was that could resist these stupid things in my life and then not feel guilty later. God says he will help us when we are temped and to put on the full armour of God it is so hard....! I don't want to be involved or near some of the things that surround me yet I always get sucked into being there.

Begin to meditate day and night in His Word. We get stronger in our faith when we do this. shalom...

O Lord,

In this time of need, strengthen me. You are my strength and my shield; You are my refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. I know, Father, that Your eyes go to and fro throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts long for You. The body grows weary, but my hope is in You to renew my strength.

I do not fear, for You are with me.

I am not dismayed or overwhelmed, for You are my God. I know You will strengthen me and help me; that You will uphold me with Your righteous hand. Even as the shadows of illness cover me, I feel the comfort of Your strength, O Lord.

Amen.

Let’s Pray…Father God, in the name of Jesus, I ask that You will bless my family, all my friends, including myself. I plead the blood of Jesus over all our lives. God bind the spirit of strife and division. Save, deliver, sanctify, set free and set apart each member of my family (including myself) for the glory of God. Make us all fit for the Master’s Use.

Lead, guide, and direct our footsteps. Let Peace, Love, Joy, Hope, Faith, Excellent Health, Holiness, Wisdom, Knowledge, Understanding, Protection and Prosperity rest in each of our homes, hearts, and lives. Make our family whole in You Lord Jesus. May we all come to know You, Love You, and Obey You. Let our lives be shaped by the Word of God. Be Lord Of All in All Our Lives. And all that I have asked of You God in this prayer please do the same for the writer of this prayer. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen, So Be It.
