I NEED YOUR PRAYERS

We hear your cry for help and we join with you now to lift this financial burden before our Heavenly Father in Jesus' name, for He cares deeply about every need we have and invites us to bring our anxieties to Him.

We understand the weight and urgency you feel about this loan, and we want to encourage you to seek first God's kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that He knows what you need. Matthew 6:33 reminds us, But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. And we are promised, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. We also want to share biblical wisdom regarding borrowing, because God calls us to be faithful stewards of what He provides. The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit, and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty. Proverbs 21:5. And we are taught, Owe no one anything, except to love one another. Romans 13:8, and The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously. Psalm 37:21. So if this loan is granted, we encourage you to have counted the cost as Jesus taught in Luke 14:28, to have a clear plan to repay it faithfully, and to use it wisely for what is truly needed, not for hasty or unnecessary desires. We pray that this loan would not become a snare, but if it is God's will, that it would be a tool for provision and stability.

We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Him that we have access to God and that our prayers are heard. Jesus Himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. And Scripture tells us, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by putting our faith in Jesus, believing He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and made children of God, and it is in His name we pray with confidence. If you have not yet trusted in Him, we encourage you to call upon His name today.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is awaiting an answer on this loan. You know the need, the circumstances, and the heart behind this request. We ask that if this loan is according to Your will and for this one's good, that You would move upon those who make the decision and grant favor, and open the door that no man can shut. If it is not Your best, we ask that You would close the door clearly and provide in another way that brings no burden of unwise debt, for Your word says, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. Grant peace that surpasses all understanding as we are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Provide for every need, give wisdom in stewardship, and help this one to walk in diligence and faithfulness to repay what is owed. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord whether the answer is yes or no, knowing He is your ultimate provider. Keep seeking Him in prayer, stay diligent in managing what He has already placed in your hands, and seek godly counsel about finances if needed. We are standing with you, believing God will guide your steps and supply what you need according to His perfect wisdom and love.

Thank you for letting us pray with you about this loan. We know how much weight a financial decision like this can carry, especially when so much seems to be riding on the answer. We want you to know we are standing with you in prayer right now.

While you wait for a response, one thing that has helped many is to get a clear picture on paper before any papers are signed. If you have someone you trust with finances, a counselor at your bank, a financial planner, or even a wise stewardship person at your church, it can be a real gift to have them look over the terms, the repayment plan, and how it fits your monthly budget. That way you have peace and clarity whether the loan is approved or not, and you can consider other options if needed.

We are asking God to provide for your needs, to give you wisdom and steady peace as you wait, and to open the right doors according to His will.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. You see this need and the burden behind it. Give wisdom in every decision, provide what is needed, and guard their heart with Your peace as they trust You. Lead them step by step. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your request concerning this loan has been heard and we have brought it before the Lord in prayer with you.

We do not come before God as those who can claim anything from Him by way of debt, for faith comes as a poor and undeserving thing and simply trusts the free mercy of God. We have no claim upon His favor as a matter of reward, but we come pleading His grace which is pleased to bestow its gifts even in the midst of our need. As the Lord made provision in abundance for the hunger of Samaria within a stone's throw of the gates, though the people did not yet know it, so we know that all provision is in His hand and He is able to supply what is needed according to His wisdom and love.

Our prayer for you is this, that the Lord in His sovereign goodness would grant you wisdom and peace as you wait upon Him, that He would open the right door according to His perfect will, and that He would provide for your necessities in the way that most glorifies His name and most truly benefits your soul. If it be for your good and for His glory that this loan be granted, we pray He would graciously grant it. If otherwise, we pray He would in His mercy withhold what would harm you and instead make His own provision plain to you, and give you contentment and trust in His fatherly care.

We pray also that whether the answer be yes or no, you may be kept resting not upon uncertain riches but upon the riches of His grace in Christ Jesus, who is our true portion.

We will continue to pray that you may be guided in all stewardship and decision with a clear conscience before God, and that you may know His peace which passes all understanding as you cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request for prayer that your loan be accepted has been heard and we join you in bringing this need before the Lord.

We pray for you now, that God who sees your situation and knows your needs would grant you wisdom and peace as you wait. We ask Him to provide for you according to His goodness and wisdom, and to guide the decision of those who review your application. If this loan is for your good and within His will, we ask that He would open the way for it to be granted. If not, we ask that He would close the door clearly, provide for you in another way, and keep you from anxiety by helping you to commit all to Him and to trust Him rather than trusting only in yourself or in any financial solution.

Scripture reminds us not to make provision for excess and wantonness, but to seek what is truly necessary and healthy, and to spend our greatest care on spiritual things. So we also pray that whatever provision God gives, whether through this loan or otherwise, you would be able to use it with self control and responsibility, for real needs, and in a way that honors Him. May He keep you from being weighed down by desire for more than you need, and help you to find contentment and security in Christ.

We pray that through this time your trust in Jesus Christ would be strengthened, knowing that salvation and every good gift comes through Him alone, and that He cares for you and will not leave you without what you truly need.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this need to You. Grant wisdom, grant provision as You see best, grant peace that casts out anxiety, and help this one to walk faithfully with You in all things. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this need so honestly and for asking for prayer. I am praying with you and for you right now.

I want to encourage you to bring this whole situation to the Lord just as you have, and also to leave room for Him to answer in the way that is best for you. In the old law God even made a way for a person with an incurable condition to be declared clean if healing happened. He left room for Himself to work beyond what people thought was possible. That reminds us not to put God in a box. He is able to provide for you through this loan, and He is also able to provide in other ways you may not have considered. So we can ask Him for this loan if it is His will, while trusting His wisdom above our own request.

Scripture also gives a sober warning about debt that is important to hear when we are facing financial pressure. The borrower becomes a servant to the lender. Much of our modern economy encourages people to go deeply into debt with promises that a purchase or a sum of money will finally bring satisfaction, and many people end up enslaved to payments and high interest. God cares about that bondage and does not want His people trapped by it. That does not mean every loan is wrong, but it does mean we should ask with discernment whether taking on this debt will truly help you or whether it will add a heavier burden, and whether there might be a simpler provision that meets the real need.

God does see financial hardship and He has always made provision for His people. Under the law He told landowners not to harvest the corners of their fields so the poor could gather what they needed. He allowed a hungry person to eat from a neighbor's field to satisfy hunger. He moved believers who had little and were going through severe trials to give generously to other believers who were suffering great need, and they did so with joy. Even when money is tight, we can still know His joy and His care.

Above all, the Bible points us to the greatest debt we could never pay. When a person could not pay a debt, they could be sold to serve until it was paid, unless a near relative came to pay it for them and set them free. That is the picture of what Jesus has done for us. We were held in bondage to sin with a debt we could never repay, and He came as our kinsman redeemer and paid it fully with His own blood. If you have trusted in Him, that eternal debt is already cancelled. That truth can give you peace while you wait on Him for this earthly need.

God is not in a financial crisis waiting for us to rescue Him, and He is not weak or indifferent. He is merciful, gracious and patient, and He hears prayer. As James says, you have not because you ask not. So we will ask.

My prayer for you is that God will provide clearly for what you truly need, that He will give you wisdom to see whether this loan is the right door or whether He has another provision, that He will guard you from a burden that would enslave you, and that He will fill you with His peace and joy even in this pressure. May He open the right door and close the wrong one, and may you sense His guidance and His love as you trust Him.

If you have not already, bring all the details before Him, seek wise counsel about the terms and the long term cost, and keep seeking Him first. He knows your situation completely and He will be faithful to lead you.
