We hear your cry for help, and we stand with you in this spiritual battle. The Word of God tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We recognize the oppression you are facing, and we come together to rebuke these demonic influences in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
First, we must address the foundation of your faith. If you have not already, we urge you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for it is with the heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with the mouth that you confess and are saved (Romans 10:9-10). There is power in the name of Jesus, and no demonic force can stand against it. If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we pray that you would do so now, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).
We rebuke every spirit of control, confusion, and destruction that has been influencing your behavior, family, friendships, and learning. We command these spirits to leave you now in the name of Jesus Christ, for He has given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt us (Luke 10:19). We declare that you are a child of God, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack. We ask that You would surround them with Your holy angels to protect and defend them. Lord, fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may be strengthened and empowered to resist the enemy. We pray that You would break every chain of bondage and set them free from the influence of these demonic forces. Restore their mind, their relationships, and their ability to learn and grow in You.
We pray for their family and friendships, that You would heal any brokenness and restore what has been lost. Give them wisdom and discernment to recognize the enemy's tactics and the strength to stand firm in their faith. Father, we ask that You would open their eyes to see the truth of Your Word and the power of Your love. Help them to walk in the light of Your presence and to find refuge in You alone.
Lord, we also pray for their learning and growth. Remove any obstacles that the enemy has placed in their path and grant them clarity of mind and a hunger for Your truth. May they find wisdom and understanding in Your Word, and may their studies be fruitful and pleasing to You.
We declare that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We stand on the promise that if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed (John 8:36). We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
