We join with you in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank you for inviting us to pray with you so openly and humbly, for you have asked for what God delights to give. We rejoice that you have put the Lord Jesus Christ first and that you desire everything in your life to be for God's glory, for that is the highest and best purpose. As it is written, Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God, 1 Corinthians 10:31 and Seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33.
We bring before the Father every area you have lifted up, asking for wisdom, guidance, strategy, support and blessing. For wisdom we cling to the promise If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5. We pray that the Lord will fill you with wisdom from above and lead you step by step. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6. For your spiritual life and ministries, we pray that you will grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord, that you will remain rooted in the Word, fervent in prayer, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to serve faithfully where He has placed you. For your business and job, we pray that God will establish the work of your hands, grant you integrity, diligence and favor, and that you will work heartily as for the Lord and not for men, Colossians 3:23. For your financial area, we pray that the Lord will provide for all your needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19, and teach you to be a faithful steward, free from anxiety and trusting in His provision.
We especially thank God for your desire to look for a wife and to start a family, for this is a holy and good desire that honors Him. We affirm with you that marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman ordained by God from the beginning. As Scripture says, Yahweh God said, It is not good that the man should be alone. I will make him a helper suitable for him, Genesis 2:18 and He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh, Proverbs 18:22. We pray that the Lord will prepare you to be a godly husband and prepare a godly wife for you, a believing woman who loves Jesus Christ above all, and that your courtship will be pure, intentional, and with marriage as the goal. We encourage you to flee from fornication and to keep the marriage bed holy, for God calls us to purity before and faithfulness within marriage, and He blesses obedience. We pray that your friendships and relationships will be centered in Christ, that you will be surrounded by brothers and sisters who sharpen you as iron sharpens iron, Proverbs 27:17, and that you will walk with the wise and grow in wisdom. For sport and physical activity and all other areas, we pray that you will honor God with your body, for your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, and that He will give you strength, discipline and health to serve Him well.
We also lift up your physical needs with compassion, for our Lord is the Healer. We pray for your teeth, especially the upper wisdom tooth on the right, for your eyes, for your entire left leg and the left side of your pelvis, for the ball in the upper part of the left leg in the thigh and the ball on the abdomen under the skin, and for your stomach, intestines and entire gastrointestinal tract. We ask for complete and final healing in the name of Jesus Christ, trusting the word that says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:2-3 and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. We pray that if it is according to His will, He will touch every cell and tissue, remove every growth and inflammation, restore what is damaged, and give wisdom to any physicians involved. We ask for peace as you wait, knowing that even in suffering God works all things together for good for those who love Him, Romans 8:28.
Father, we come together before You in the holy name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom alone we have access to Your throne of grace. We thank You for this brother who seeks You with his whole heart. Lord, pour out Your wisdom, guidance, strategy, support and blessing upon every area of his life, his spirit, his work, his finances, his friendships, his body and his future marriage and family. Let all be for Your glory. Touch his body and bring healing to his teeth, his eyes, his leg, his pelvis, his abdomen, his stomach and intestines, and let him feel Your restoring power. Strengthen his faith, guard him from discouragement, and lead him daily in Your perfect will. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.
