Silas
Beloved of All
You are crying out for the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and that is exactly the right place to be. When everything in life presses in at once, the need for wisdom, direction, provision, healing, and the deep desire for a spouse and family, the answer is not a scattered set of solutions but a Person. He becomes what you need. When you need a healer, He is the Lord your Healer. When you need wisdom, He is made wisdom to you from God. The temptation is to seek only the gifts and forget the Giver, to pursue healing without the Healer, deliverance without the Deliverer. That leaves an empty place that fills up with something worse. So hold fast to Him, and let your prayers be anchored there.
The promise stands that the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings. That is the Messiah whose coming was foretold, and He has come. The same Jesus who laid His hands on every sick person brought to Him at sundown is alive now, and His power has not diminished. So your teeth, your eyes, your left leg and pelvis, the lumps on your thigh and abdomen, your stomach and intestines, bring them all to Him in simple faith. Not frantically, not as those who chase after every promised cure from voices that prey on desperation, but calmly, because you know the Healer. His ear is open to you. Physical suffering is real and wearing, but remember that the spirit must rule over the flesh. When the flesh and its demands dominate your thoughts, they become a tyrant. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and the physical things will be taken care of in His order and His time.
Your longings for a wife and family are good and God-given. Abraham was not merely the father of a physical line, but the father of a spiritual seed, those who share his faith in the God who gives life and keeps His promises. As you trust God for these desires, let your root identity be found there, as a son of Abraham by faith. One bad decision can bring years of pain, as many can attest who relive a moment they wish they could undo, but walking in His wisdom now is a shield. That is why you pray for strategy and guidance, and that too will be given as you commit every area to Him.
God’s glory is the supreme end, and you have asked for everything to be for that glory. That is the prayer He delights to answer. As you navigate business and job, finances, friendships, sports, and the daily needs of life, let that be the compass. When the Spirit is uppermost, the rest falls into its proper place. Keep pressing into Him. You are not forgotten, and the Son of Righteousness dawns upon those who fear His name.
