Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is in need of your help. Lord, you are our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble. We ask that you extend your loving hand and provide the assistance that ### needs.
Father, we pray that you would help ### to preach better and live a life that reflects the character of your Son, Jesus Christ. Grant them wisdom, clarity, and boldness as they share your Word with others. Help them to grow in their faith and become more like Jesus each day.
Lord, we know that you hear the cries of those who come to you in sincerity and honesty. Just as you heard the cry of the Gentile woman and answered her prayer, we ask that you would hear ###'s cry for help and respond with your grace and mercy.
We pray that ### would have the expectation to receive a blessing from you, just as the centurion had faith and received healing for his servant. Increase their faith and help them to trust in your power and provision.
Lastly, we pray for ### to come to you, Lord, in the way of faith in Jesus Christ. May they draw near to you, pleading the name of Jesus and seeking forgiveness and acceptance. Help them to recognize their need for your grace and to approach you with humility and trust.
In Jesus' name, we lift up this prayer request, believing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We thank you for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
