I need heaven to give me a hug. The team I work with is constantly throwing rocks my direction. They want to make me look bad and they have no regard for my authority as the boss of the department. Lord please break their hearts of stone and rebuke the spirits of hate, jealousy and disrespect out of them. I want to grow my department and I want to reach new heights but they are not playing the part. I pray that we will start working as a team and work together hand in hand. In Jesus name, Amen
