I understand your situation. Maybe you should talk to him and tell him what you want and expect from him. Some men don't realize what they have until it's gone. Take him to church with you. The pastor will counsel both of you if you ask. Remember whatever decisions you make will affect both you and your son. I hope everything works out the way you want.
