### I understand what you are saying but I took a purely semantical approach. The word is thought to be derived from al-ilāh, which means "the god", and is linguistically related to the Hebrew words El, Elah. We can also say that our English word God or more precisely 'god' can also be related to paganism. Many cultures and religions use it. The word god is not only used by Christians. I do not endorse no other God but our Holy Trinity.
In this case here I saw it as language and not necessarily religion. If the member's intent was to introduce another religion, well then I will make an additional comment.
