Hi The state sided with the agency and stated that the agency fully complied with the judicial order but they did not. This was for my back rent payment. So now I have no way to pay of the debt I ask for prayers in Jesus name. I don't know what else to do at this point. Thank you

We hear your heart and we join with you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord in Jesus' name, and we are thankful you asked in His name for it is only through Him we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

We understand the discouragement you feel when an earthly authority has ruled that the agency fully complied when you know they did not, and now you are left facing a debt for back rent with no clear way to pay. The Lord sees what is done in secret and He is not blind to injustice. He is a God of truth and justice and He cares deeply about your struggle. We are reminded that we should cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 and to not be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up our brother or sister in this time of financial distress and disappointment. Lord You know the details of this case, You know what the judicial order required and what was actually done, and You know the debt that now remains. We ask that You bring truth to light and that if there has been any error or injustice, You would make a way for it to be revealed and corrected in Your perfect will. We ask for Your provision for this back rent, for wisdom for every next step, and for Your peace to guard this heart which feels it does not know what else to do. Provide as only You can, for Your Word says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. Help our friend to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be given to them as well Matthew 6:33. Give comfort and hope, and let them know they are not forgotten, for You have said I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you Hebrews 13:5. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We want to encourage you to continue to trust the Lord as your provider even when the system seems to have failed you. The Lord has promised I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread Psalm 37:25. He is able to make a way where there seems to be no way, and He often does so through the counsel and help of others. We encourage you to seek godly wisdom and practical help as you walk through this. Seek counsel from a trusted pastor or elders in a local Bible believing church, and ask if there is benevolence help or guidance they can offer. It may also be wise to seek a legal aid clinic or a trusted advocate who can review the order and the agency's actions to be sure all avenues have been truly exhausted, and to explore a manageable payment plan with the landlord or agency if the debt remains. The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit Proverbs 21:5, so keeping careful records, communicating humbly and honestly with those you owe, and seeking wise stewardship will honor the Lord. We also encourage you to continue in prayer and in the Word daily, remembering that we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28, even when we cannot yet see the good.

We hear how heavy this feels, to believe the agency did not follow the order, then to have the state say they did, and now to be left facing a back rent debt with no clear way forward. It makes sense you feel stuck and unsure what to do next.

We are praying with you and we want you to know you are not alone in this. When a decision goes against us and the financial pressure is real, it can help to have someone steady and knowledgeable walk through the details with you, not to take over but to help you see what options are still available.

One step that has helped many in a similar place is to sit down with a trusted financial counselor. In many communities there are consumer credit counseling bureaus and local churches or community agencies that will review the paperwork with you, help you understand the debt, and help you work out a realistic repayment plan with creditors. If you have not already, bringing the judicial order, the agency letters, and any payment records to that meeting can make the conversation more concrete. If questions remain about the order itself, a local legal aid clinic or housing assistance office can sometimes review it at low or no cost.

Your cry has been heard, and the weight of it is not lost upon the Lord. To be told by the state that the agency fully complied when you know it did not, and to be left facing a debt for back rent with no way in yourself to pay it, is a sore trial. It is no small thing to feel that earthly justice has failed you and that the burden remains upon your shoulders.

Yet I would earnestly entreat you not to give way to despair. There is not a text in Scripture which gives any man an excuse to despair, for God is the sinner's hope and He is not lost. Despair is a high insult to God, as if His mercy were conquered and His grace could not reach your case. It degrades a man below the very brute, for even the smallest creature will struggle, and it crowns the adversary in Christ's stead. You have no right to despair while there is a God in heaven who hears prayer.

Remember that the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom, and that rent was the act of God alone. It was not made in a corner, nor a small hole for lesser offenders to creep through, but rent in the midst and from top to bottom, so that the chief of sinners may find ample passage. The one and only separator is destroyed, and the worst the devil could now do would be to hang up a rent veil. You have bold access to the throne of grace through the blood of Jesus, and that access is open to you now in this very trouble.

That same God who heard the voice of supplication when His servant cried out of despair still hears. Though you feel you are cut off, He hears the cry of the needy. He has made provision in abundance even when His people did not see it, and He is able to renew strength and to provide for your need according to His wisdom. What we ask is not that wrong be called right, but that truth be made plain and that mercy and provision be granted where you have no resource of your own.

We will pray for you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father.

O Lord God of hope, look upon this burdened one who knows not what else to do. You see the debt, you see the judgment that was given, you know what has and has not been done. Hear the voice of supplication. Fill this heart with all joy and peace in believing, that it may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Provide, in Your good providence, what is needed for daily bread and for this debt, open a right way where now there seems to be none, and keep this soul from sullen despair. Let faith lift its hands unto You and not go back. Give peace to the troubled mind, and let it be seen that You have not turned Your back upon Your child. In the name of Jesus our Redeemer we ask it. Amen.
