Beloved of All
I am so lost. I don’t understand why multiple people helped me launched vicious verbal attacks that have cause my nervous system to go into over deuce The adrenaline and cortisol levels are so high that my body has started to break down these vicious are of me saying no to abuse. Then unscrupulous people trying to get me to sign false documents under extreme pressure and it has added to Mr physical breakdown. No food in the house. Meh I’m just tired of it. No abundant life for me just discouragement my faith is weakened now and I’m tired I give up. I don’t feel defended I just feel weak and broken. Tired All

We have read your request and our hearts ache with you in this season of feeling so lost, weak, broken and utterly tired. We hear how heavy this has been, to be verbally attacked viciously for simply saying no to abuse, to have your nervous system pushed into overdrive with adrenaline and cortisol until your body is breaking down, to be pressured under extreme duress to sign false documents, and to face the very real distress of having no food in the house. To feel undefended and that your faith is weakened and to say I give up is an honest cry of exhaustion, and we want you to know that God sees you right there and He has not turned away from you.

The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18. When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Psalm 61:2. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. What you have endured is not overlooked by Him. To say no to abuse is right and good. The Lord defends the oppressed and He hears the cry of those who are mistreated. Those vicious verbal attacks against you for setting a righteous boundary are evil in His sight, and we rebuke that abuse and that injustice together before the Lord. He is your defender when you feel undefended. He says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.

We also want to speak gently about the pressure to sign false documents. We understand the extreme pressure you have been under, but we must encourage you in love not to sign what is false, even when unscrupulous people demand it. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. Exodus 20:16. Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who do the truth are his delight. Proverbs 12:22. To sign a false statement is to bear false witness, and it can bring further harm to you and to others. Please do not sign anything under duress without seeking wise, godly counsel and, if possible, trustworthy legal help or an advocate from your church or community. It is right to speak the truth in love. Ephesians 4:25. God honors truth and He will honor your stand for truth even when it costs you.

Your body breaking down under such prolonged stress grieves us. The Lord knows our frame and that we are dust, and He invites the weary to come to Him for rest. Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart and you will find rest for your souls. Matthew 11:28-29. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. This does not mean the attacks will instantly stop, but that His peace can guard your heart and mind even in the storm. We encourage you to seek care for your physical needs as you are able, a trusted medical provider, a pastor or counselor, and practical help for food through a local church, food pantry, or community assistance. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. You are not forgotten and it is not shameful to ask for help for daily bread.

You said there is no abundant life for you, only discouragement, and that your faith is weakened. We understand that feeling, and we want to remind you what Jesus said. The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly. John 10:10. The abundant life Jesus gives is not the absence of trials, but His presence and life within us through trials. When you feel you have no strength left, hear His word to you, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9. God does not measure your faith by how strong you feel. Even when your faith feels small, He is still holding you. He is faithful when we are weak.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to speak about this with love because it is so important. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, forgiveness of sins, and the gift of eternal life. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Him, to confess that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. Romans 10:9-10. He is the One who defends, heals, provides, and restores.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who feels so lost, tired, weak and broken. Lord, You see every vicious word spoken against them, every pressure and every sleepless night, every physical symptom of stress and breakdown. We ask You to be their refuge and defender. Surround them with Your presence, guard their heart and mind with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and calm their nervous system with Your gentle rest. Touch their body and bring healing and strength where it has been depleted. Provide for their daily needs, Lord, put food in their house and connect them with trustworthy people who will help without exploiting them. Give them wisdom and courage to not sign what is false, and to stand in truth with Your help, and send advocates who will stand with them. Lift their discouragement and renew their faith even as a small mustard seed, remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and that Your grace is sufficient in weakness. Lead them to the rock that is higher than they are, and let them know they are not alone and not forsaken. We pray they would know the abundant life Jesus came to give, and that they would call upon the name of Jesus and find salvation, rest and hope in Him. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you not to give up, even in this tiredness. Please reach out to a trusted pastor, a safe family member or friend, or a local church for ongoing prayer and practical support, and if your physical symptoms continue please seek medical care. You are deeply valued by God, He has not forgotten you, and we are continuing to pray that you will feel His defense, His provision, and His restoring strength day by day.

We hear how exhausted and overwhelmed you feel right now. To endure repeated verbal attacks, then pressure to sign things that are not true, would leave anyone feeling wrung out and unsafe, and it makes sense your body and spirit are feeling the strain. Saying no to abuse takes real courage, even when it does not feel that way to you right now.

We want to encourage you gently with a few next steps. Because you mentioned your body breaking down and having no food at home, please consider reaching out soon to a medical professional for care, and to a local source of practical help for food, like a trusted pastor, church, food pantry, or a safe family member or friend who can come alongside you today. You do not need to carry this alone. And please do not sign any documents under pressure. If someone is pressing you, it is wise to pause and have a trusted advocate or legal aid review anything before you sign, so you are not cornered.

You mentioned your faith feels weak. That is an honest place to bring to Jesus exactly as it is. He sees you feeling undefended and tired, and He remains near.

Father, in Jesus name we lift them to You. Bring safety, provision for daily food, rest for body and mind, and wise, trustworthy help around them. Guard them from further harm and pressure, give clarity for next decisions, and remind them they are seen and loved. Lead them step by step toward healing. Amen.

Mathew 7:1-3

7 Judge not, that ye be not judged.

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Isaiah 54:17a
No weapon formed against you shall prosper
Mathew 18:20
20 For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.

Your words have come before us with a weight that is felt, and the weariness and pain within them are not overlooked. To be set upon by vicious speech for saying no to what is wrong, to be pressed to sign what is false, to feel the body itself breaking under the strain of fear and sleeplessness and hunger, and then to feel faith itself grow faint, is a trial that would weary any soul. That you are tired and feel weak and broken does not mean you are forgotten or cast away.

There are seasons, even with the Lord's own children, when they groan at His feet and their petitions do not seem to be answered at once. This does not mean the Lord does not hear. His delays are not denials, and when He does not pay a prayer in silver He will pay it in gold, giving something richer and better than we asked. Your main business in this dark hour is not to measure answers to prayer, but to hear His call to you, poor and heavy laden soul, Come unto me and I will give you rest. That call is for you even now, when your strength is gone.

The Lord has a fatherly pity toward His children. As a father pities his children, so the Lord pities them that fear Him. He knows your frame. He remembers that you are dust. He is not harsh with the bruised reed. Though you are chastened and sorely tried, you are not cast out. He still keeps you as His pupil in His own school, and He will not put you to shame after having taught you to trust His name.

You write that you do not feel defended. Hear this, that there is no wrong done to His people but it is registered in His archives. He sees the abuse, He hears the cruel words, He marks the unscrupulous pressure. He hides His own for safety, even when they feel most exposed. You are among His hidden ones, kept by Him though the noise of enemies is loud. A single word from Him can still the storm, for He spoke and it was done, He commanded and it stood fast.

We do not know the number of His mercies toward you, for they are innumerable. Your sins though many are forgiven through the blood of Jesus Christ His dear Son, and every forgiveness is a mercy. Every breath, every morsel of provision He will yet supply, every moment of rest He will give, comes by way of the cross and bears the mark of the Redeemer's blood. His promise may tarry, but it never fails. Has God forgotten to be gracious. He has not.

Do not give up, though you feel you have no more to give. Tell the Lord plainly that you are lost and tired and have no food and no strength, and ask Him for daily bread and for deliverance and for a sound mind and body. And as you look to Him, seek also the help of faithful people near you. Make your need known to a trusted pastor or church family, to a physician for the breaking down of your body, and to those who can help you find food and safety. If you are in danger or being coerced, seek protection from those appointed to defend the vulnerable. To say no to abuse is right, and you ought not to be blamed for it.

We will pray for you, that the Lord will quiet your nervous frame, calm the fear that floods your heart, provide for your table, shield you from those who would press you to do what is false, and lift up your faith again. He is able to keep you and to restore you. Look again to Jesus, in whom there was no sin and through whose wounds we have both pardon and pity, and hear His witness of the Father's love toward you.

May the Lord give you to say with David, O God, thou hast taught me from my youth, and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works, and may you yet see His wondrous works in your own deliverance. Hope on, for though your case is very sad, it is not a strange one, and there is hope for you in Christ.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
