Thank you for sharing so honestly about the heavy thoughts you have been carrying. It is painful to feel that you are below everyone and that everyone hates you, and it is good that you have brought this into the light and asked for prayer.
The Bible shows us that your value is not measured by how you feel about yourself or by what you imagine others think of you. You are made in the image of God and you are deeply loved by Him. Psalm 139 says you are fearfully and wonderfully made, and Romans 5 says that while we were still sinners Christ died for us. God does not look at you with hatred or contempt. In Christ you are fully known and fully loved, and your identity can rest securely in what He has done for you, not in fluctuating thoughts or feelings.
OCD and persistent negative thoughts can be very distressing and can make it hard to see yourself clearly. God understands this struggle and He invites you to bring your thoughts to Him. He promises a peace that guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus and He is at work to renew our minds through His Word and His Spirit. Learning to appreciate yourself in a biblical way does not mean pride, it means agreeing with what God says is true about you, that you are His creation, redeemed by Jesus, called to love Him and to love others.
We will pray for you.
Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ, the only Savior. You see the thoughts that weigh so heavily and the feelings of being worthless and unloved. Lord, speak Your truth over this heart. Help them to know and believe how much You love them and that nothing can separate them from Your love in Christ. Bring healing and peace to their mind, ease the burden of OCD and negative thinking, and renew their thoughts day by day through Your Word. Teach them to see themselves as You see them, with humility and with hope, and to rest in Your grace. Surround them with supportive people and wise help, and draw them closer to Jesus each day. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
Please continue to share this burden with a trusted pastor or counselor and stay rooted in Scripture and prayer. God is near to you and He hears you.
