Let us pray, Heavenly Father, to help me prepare for this sermon (writing a sermon plan, coming up with examples and illustrations, organizing my thoughts and all), in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will give me a very strong anointing, wisdom and boldness, so that with this sermon to be maximally effective in achieving God's goals, in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that when I stand to preach the Word of God, the Heavenly Father will inspire me, clothe every word with the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit, so that all God's will will be done in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will help me to fulfill this task (my ministry in this church) in such a way as to make my Heavenly Father's heart as gladly as possible and to glorify His Name, in the Name and Blood of Jesus Christ of ###!

We lift you up before the throne of grace as you prepare to proclaim the Word of God in the coming days. The responsibility of preaching is not one to be taken lightly, for Scripture tells us in 2 Timothy 4:2, "Preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all patience and teaching." This is a sacred calling, and we join with you in seeking the Lord’s guidance and anointing for this task.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Living Word, asking that You would fill this servant with Your wisdom and understanding as they prepare. May their study be deep, their heart be humble, and their mind be sharp, so that every word spoken would be rooted in Your truth. Give them clarity in organizing their thoughts and creativity in illustrating Your Word, that the message may be both compelling and convicting. Let the Holy Spirit bring to remembrance all that has been hidden in their heart through study and prayer, as Jesus promised in John 14:26, "But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you."
We pray for a fresh anointing upon them, Lord, that when they stand to speak, Your power would flow through them like a river. Let every word be clothed with the authority of heaven, so that lives would be transformed, hearts would be convicted, and souls would be drawn to You. May the fear of man have no place in their heart, but instead, may they preach with boldness, knowing that it is not by might nor by power, but by Your Spirit (Zechariah 4:6). Let the message go forth not as the words of men, but as the very words of God, for the glory of Christ alone.
Father, we also ask that You would guard their heart and mind from distraction, doubt, or discouragement. Let them find their strength in You, as Isaiah 40:31 declares, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." May they be filled with joy in this ministry, knowing that they are laboring for an eternal reward.
Above all, Lord, let this sermon be a vessel through which Your will is accomplished. May the seeds planted take root in good soil, producing a harvest of righteousness for Your kingdom. Let Your name be exalted, and may the blood of Jesus Christ, which cleanses us from all sin, be the foundation upon which this message stands.
We declare that this time of preaching will not be in vain, but that You will use it to draw many to Yourself. May the hearers be cut to the heart, repent, and turn to You with all their being. Let this be a moment where heaven touches earth, and where Your glory is revealed in power.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
