It is good to hear your heart so clearly fixed on Jesus Christ as your only hope, and to hear that there has already been improvement. We thank God with you with all our hearts in the name of Jesus for what He has done, and we continue to pray with you for complete victory and full blessing and deliverance from this pain and crisis.

Your prayer for mercy is heard by a Father who is plenteous in mercy and truth. Mercy and truth meet together in Jesus Christ. In Him, God can forgive the guilty and still be just, and through Him you can have peace with God and stand righteous before Him. You do not come on the ground of your own holiness, but on the ground of His mercy, and He delights to turn toward those who cry to Him, to read the heart and to answer.

You also asked for wisdom and for God to rule your thoughts, words, actions, decisions and prayers. Scripture shows that wisdom is the principal thing, more valuable than rubies or anything you could desire. The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord, to love what He loves and to hate evil, pride and the perverse way. In Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, and He is made wisdom to us. When wisdom speaks, counsel and sound understanding and strength belong to her. She dwells with prudence and gives knowledge and discretion, and she loves those who seek her early and keeps those who love her. That is the wisdom we are asking God to pour out on you, not the wisdom of this world which God has shown to be foolish and which leads to envy and strife and every evil work, but the wisdom from above which is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. That kind of wisdom will make your path pure and bring peace to your heart and to your relationships, and it will help you make decisions that honor the Lord.

You asked also for strength. True strength is not found by looking within yourself for some hidden inner reserve, because that strength will fail in the day of testing. The Lord Himself is our light and our salvation and the strength of our lives, and when our hearts trust in Him we are helped and our hearts rejoice. His goodness and mercy follow His people all the days of their lives, and all His paths are mercy and truth to those who keep His covenant. He will not let you down when you look to Him for strength to endure and to do what is right.

So let us pray together. Heavenly Father, have mercy on your child who cries out to you. You see the pain and the crisis and you read the heart. In the name of Jesus Christ, grant wisdom liberally, rule over thoughts and words and actions and decisions and prayers, and give strength that is not our own but yours. Lead out of this trial into complete victory, establish each step in truth, and let your goodness and mercy be evident day by day. We ask this trusting only in Jesus Christ our hope, amen.
