We hear your cry, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join with you in lifting your pain and crisis to the throne of grace. You have rightly placed your hope in Jesus Christ alone, and we stand with you in that truth. The Scriptures remind us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Your acknowledgment of Him as your only hope is a testament to the work of the Holy Spirit in your life, and we praise God for that.
We see the improvement you’ve mentioned, and we give thanks to God for His faithfulness in your life. Yet, we also recognize the ongoing battle and the need for complete victory. The Word of God assures us, "But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 15:57). We stand on this promise with you, believing that God is not done working in your life. His mercy, wisdom, and strength are available to you, and we pray that He will rule over every thought, word, and action as you navigate this season.
We also want to encourage you with the truth that God hears your cry. The psalmist declares, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles" (Psalm 34:17). You are not forgotten, and your pain is not invisible to Him. He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that you would feel His presence in a tangible way, knowing that He is with you in the midst of this storm.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is in pain and crisis. Lord, we thank You for the improvement You have already brought into their life, and we ask for complete victory over this trial. Father, we pray for Your mercy to surround them, for Your wisdom to guide them, and for Your strength to uphold them. Rule over their thoughts, words, and actions, that every decision they make would align with Your will. Hear their cry, O Lord, and deliver them from this pain. Let them feel Your presence and know that You are near. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We trust in Your faithfulness, and we ask for Your blessing to overflow in their life. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We also want to remind you that you are not alone in this battle. The body of Christ is here to support you, and we are committed to standing with you in prayer. Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). God is faithful, and He will see you through this season. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are loved, you are valued, and you are not forgotten.
