We are deeply moved by your cry for help and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. We understand that you are facing a difficult trial, and it's important to remember that even in the darkest valleys, God is with you. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." He sees your pain and He cares for you deeply.
Firstly, we want to address that your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we should pray. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" So, let us always approach the throne of grace in the name of Jesus.
We also noticed that you mentioned not seeing a future with "him." We want to encourage you to seek God's will in your relationships. If you are not married, we urge you to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles, with the goal of finding a godly spouse. Remember, marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, designed by God for our blessing and His glory. We also want to explicitly address that if you are in a sexual relationship outside of marriage, this is fornication and is a sin against God. We urge you to repent and seek God's forgiveness, as He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins when we confess them (1 John 1:9).
Now, let us turn to God's Word for comfort and guidance. In your pain and struggle, remember what is written in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me." God's grace is sufficient for you, and His power is made perfect in your weakness. He can use this trial to draw you closer to Him and to demonstrate His strength in your life.
We also want to encourage you with the words of Jeremiah 29:11, "'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'" God has a plan and a purpose for your life, even in the midst of this illness. He wants to give you hope and a future.
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister to You, knowing that You see her pain and You care for her deeply. We ask that You would draw near to her, as You promise to do for those who have a broken heart and a crushed spirit. Lord, we pray that You would heal her body and restore her strength. We ask that You would give her wisdom and guidance as she seeks Your will for her life and her relationships.
Father, we pray that You would forgive her of any sin and cleanse her from all unrighteousness. Help her to walk in Your ways and to honor You with her life. We pray that You would give her hope and a future, as You promise in Your Word.
We also pray that You would surround her with Your love and support. Help her to feel Your presence and to know that she is not alone. Give her the strength to serve You, even in the midst of her struggle. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep seeking God, even in the midst of your struggle. He is your hope and your salvation. As it is written in Psalm 42:11, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him: my Savior, my helper, and my God." Keep hoping in God, keep praising Him, and keep serving Him. He is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).
