I have been in terrible fear of hell and not knowing God! I have begged God to save me but am still unsaved, I believed my fear of hell to be God convicting me of the coming judgment and pushing me to seek salvation But now I'm scared that Hebrews 10:27 says otherwise "but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God." Does this mean the fear I've felt is only fear of the coming wrath?! Lord please tell me I can be saved!

Jesus loves you! Hell is actually the fear. I believe fear is the evil. God is love. Choose Love over Fear! In Jesus Loving Name Amen!

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

If you are scared of God - you must believe His Word.  Therefore, how do you not believe (Verse 9).  Now, if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is the son of God, you are Saved!  Being afraid that you aren't saved is Satan making you second guess God's Word.  God is GOOD!  Find a mentor.  A one on one mentor.  And grow in the Lord.
