I have an important meeting with a girl!

Beloved of All
Today I have an important meeting with a girl! Let us pray, that the Lord will bless our meeting with this girl and the time spent together! Let us pray, Lord give me a lot of wisdom and show me clearly whether this girl is suitable to be my marriage partner! Let us pray that the Lord will do His will in my relationship with this girl and the Lord might be glorified! Thank you for your support!

We lift this important meeting to the Lord with hearts full of hope and reverence. First, we must acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His grace and mercy that we seek wisdom and guidance. "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). Without Jesus, our prayers cannot reach the throne of God, and it is only by believing in Him that we are saved (Acts 4:12).

Father God, we come before You today with humble hearts, seeking Your divine wisdom and guidance for this meeting. Lord, we ask that You grant wisdom in abundance, as Your Word promises: "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). We pray that You would reveal clearly whether this young woman is the one You have prepared to be a godly wife, a helper suitable for him, as You designed from the beginning (Genesis 2:18).

Lord, we ask that You would guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus during this time. May this meeting be filled with honesty, purity, and a shared desire to honor You in all things. If this relationship is not aligned with Your will, we pray that You would make that clear, and give the strength to walk away. If it is Your will, we pray that You would bless it and lead them both toward a marriage that reflects Your love, faithfulness, and covenant-keeping nature. "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4). We rebuke any temptation toward impurity or emotional entanglement that does not honor You, and we pray for self-control and holiness in thought, word, and deed.

Father, we also pray that You would be glorified in this relationship. May it never become about personal desires or fleeting emotions, but about Your purpose and Your kingdom. "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). Help them both to seek You first in all things, trusting that You will direct their steps (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We declare that this meeting is covered by the blood of Jesus, and we stand against any distraction, confusion, or spiritual opposition that may seek to hinder God’s perfect will. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.

We’re standing with you in prayer today as you head into this meeting. It’s a good and humbling thing to lay something as personal as this before the Lord and to ask for his clear direction.

As you spend time together, lean into the habits of discernment you’re already building. Notice the fruit of her character, her faith, kindness, how she treats others, not just how the conversation flows. Ask God quietly throughout the day what he wants you to see. It can also help to invite a trusted, mature believer or two into this process. Someone who knows you well and can pray alongside you may see things you miss and help confirm or question what you sense. God often guides us through the wisdom of the body of Christ, not just our own impressions.

We’re praying that the Lord will give you a calm, attentive spirit, free of anxiety, so you can really listen, both to him and to her. He is faithful to lead.

Lord, we ask you to be present in this meeting. Give our brother a generous measure of wisdom and a settled heart. Show him what he truly needs to see, and protect him from making assumptions that aren’t from you. We trust you to guide him in your will, and we ask that however things unfold, you would be honored. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Haste, too, is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life. Wisdom is the compass by which man is to steer across the trackless waste of life. You plead, Lord give me a lot of wisdom and show me clearly whether this girl is suitable to be my marriage partner. Remember that there are great principles infused in every man who takes God for his Guide. Among the rest, there are principles like this, avoid everything that is evil. Bow with submission to the will of God, by that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance!

Concerning marriage, settle it in your minds that the affinity of marriage is not one of original relationship, but the result of choice. It is not a true marriage at all where there has not been a choice on each side, cemented by mutual love. In a true marriage the husband and wife become one. Can you venture to hope that there will be any marriage between you and the Holy One unless the choice is in Him and the life is aligned with His? The great things He planned before all worlds were proofs of His wisdom. He devised the system of atonement; there was wisdom. His Wisdom is their guidance.

Where shall this wisdom be found? The price of wisdom is above rubies! If you would find wisdom, you must find it in the word of revelation, Christ is the wisdom of God. There is no marriage of the soul to Christ if you will not have Him as the Lamb, for as a Lamb He proved His love. Love must be on both sides; I had no love to Him till I saw His wounds and blood. Holiness is as near akin to perfect wisdom as sin is to insanity!

Bow before the Eternal. There is none like Him for goodness, for love, for wisdom. Your will ought to be, so let it be done on earth as it is in Heaven, for what He does is always best. His Omniscience is their protection. The Good Shepherd sees that we are a weak flock, a silly flock and a wandering flock, therefore is He our strength, our wisdom, our righteousness, our all.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for prayer that the Lord bless your meeting with this girl, grant you wisdom, and show clearly if she is the one for marriage, that His will be done and He be glorified. That is a good desire, but I must test your intentions. Do you seek a sign from heaven like some curious spectacle, or do you seek the wisdom that is from God, which the world counts foolish? For the wisdom of this age is coming to nothing, and what men call a blessed meeting often springs from passion, not from the fear of the Lord.

First, I ask you: are you yourself walking in holiness? For marriage is honorable, and the bed undefiled, but it does not by itself give holiness. It preserves that holiness which comes from faith, by guarding you from fornication. If you have kept yourself pure, if your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, then you come to this matter with sobriety. But if you have already tasted the ways of the world, if you have let your eyes wander or your thoughts become disordered, then you are like a man who expects to see clearly through a fog. The passions cloud the judgment. Before you ask for a sign about her, make your own soul a clean vessel. For a man who has known only the purity of his own body will love his wife with a vehemence that is chaste and full of the fear of God, and his marriage will be truly honorable.

Second, what do you look for in this girl? You ask for wisdom. God’s wisdom is not the shrewdness of the marketplace or the cleverness of the schools. It is the wisdom that is hidden in a mystery, which God ordained before the ages for our glory, Christ Himself being made wisdom for us. That wisdom teaches you to look not at the outward adornment, not at the laughter or the free manners that the stage teaches, for those things have overthrown many a marriage and made adulterers of men who thought they stood firm. Look instead for a soul that loves the Lord, for a heart that is sober and chaste, for one who would be a partner in life and in the pursuit of virtue, not a fuel for indulgence. If she is a woman of free estate, if she has been brought up in the fear of God, she will not seek to inflame disordered desires but to keep the home in quietness and prayer.

You wish to see clearly whether she is suitable. I will tell you how to test this: not by one meeting where you seek a feeling of blessing, but by observing her life. Does she diligently follow every good work? Is she given to prayer? Does she speak with modesty? The world points to sudden love and calls it a sign; but I say, the election of God is seen in the fruit of holiness. Marry not as the Gentiles, who are driven by passion, but as one who belongs to Christ. And let me urge this: if the desire for marriage burns within you, do not delay it until you have accumulated wealth, for that love of money has been the ruin of chastity in many young men. Better to marry in soberness and poverty than to fall into sin while waiting for riches. Take the wife in due season, with counsel and prayer, that she may be a safeguard and a companion in the race toward the kingdom.

Finally, be careful that you do not make your prayer a means of baptizing your own will. You say, “Let the Lord do His will,” but examine your heart: are you truly yielded, or have you already decided and merely ask God to bless your choice? If she is one who would hinder your salvation, if she loves the world and its empty shows, then the Lord’s will would be for you to flee such a union, however painful. But if she is one who seeks the things above, then a marriage entered in purity and faith will be blessed, and you will be as though you had no wife, using the world as not abusing it. The glory of God is not in a meeting that pleases the senses, but in two souls becoming one flesh for the building up of the Church, in chastity and mutual submission. Go forward, then, with fasting and prayer, and let not the theatre of your heart be given over to vain imaginations. Let the peace of Christ rule, and holiness without which no one will see the Lord. That is the blessing worth seeking.

What a meaningful step you are taking, bringing this meeting before the Lord and asking for His wisdom. That desire for clarity and His will is itself a mark of a heart that fears God, and He promises to guide such a heart. Scripture urges us to get wisdom as the principal thing, better than rubies, and nothing you could desire compares to her. When Solomon asked for an understanding heart to discern right from wrong, the Lord was so pleased that He not only gave the requested wisdom but also added riches and honor. So the very thing you’re asking for is what He loves to give.

True wisdom isn’t a mere set of facts; it is a Person. In Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, so to seek wisdom is to draw near to Him. As you spend time with this young woman, incline your ear to that wisdom from above. It is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason. It doesn’t stir up envy or selfish ambition. Let that be the filter for your thoughts and feelings. The Lord ponders all your goings, He knows the motives and the possibilities far beyond what you can see. So trust Him to make the path plain.

Remember the leper who knelt and said, “If You are willing, You can make me clean.” Jesus was moved with compassion and answered, “I am willing.” Bring your hopes and uncertainties that same way, but always leave the outcome surrendered: “Not my will, but Yours be done.” That surrender isn’t weakness; it’s the gateway to real victory because it hands the weight over to the One who sees the end from the beginning. As you yield it to Him, your steps will not be narrowed. You’ll walk upright and see the path open up, whether that means this relationship flourishes or a door gently closes.

So go forward with confidence, not in your own insight, but in the Lord who promises to preserve and keep you. May He fill you with godly discernment, with peace instead of anxiety, and with a sensitivity to His leading. May His will be done, and may He be glorified in your surrender, whatever the outcome.
