I have a 4 year old son named ### ...

I have a ### year old son named ### and a ### year old daughter named ### who have some serious issues with sleep. They cannot sleep through the night, they are very restless, they wake up scared, crying and end up in my bed every night. I have a new baby coming this January and I cannot have these 2 children in my bed and awake half the night with a newborn in my home. ### is now on prescription sleeping pills and they aren't working the way they should be. I don't want my children on medication the rest of their lives.
