I hate to pray such a similar prayer as ...

I hate to pray such a similar prayer as I did yesterday, but... I am depressed. I have no confidence or self-esteem, and I have a terrible self-image. I am going to ### for counseling today, but I don't want to try any more. I still think I'm a loser, same as I did like ### years ago when I started going. I think I got like this because of years of conditioning by especially my mother. Just hearing nothing good about me and all bad things all the time. Pray for ###, please.
