I fell in love with this house in Springfield, Ma and our offer was accepted. We had an offer on our townhouse here in NY but it fell through unfortunately. We have been getting a lot of flaky buyers. I really don’t want to lose this house in MA. It’s perfect for our family and I want to my daughter to have the best life. We are running out of time and I just want the right buyer to come through. Please pray that our townhome sells right away with ease.
