You are not alone in this battle, and though the weight of your burdens feels crushing, we stand with you in prayer, believing that God hears the brokenhearted and draws near to those who are contrite in spirit.
First, we must address the foundation of your plea. You mention praying to "God" but do not invoke the name of the Lord Jesus Christ until the very end. Scripture is clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). It is only through His blood, shed on the cross, that we have access to the Father and the forgiveness of sins. We encourage you to call upon Jesus by name in every prayer, for He is our mediator and advocate before God (1 Timothy 2:5, 1 John 2:1). Without Him, our prayers are like offerings without a priest—unable to reach the throne of grace.
You confess that you have done something awful in your overwhelm, and you ask for forgiveness for both yourself and the person you may have wronged. We rejoice that you are seeking reconciliation, for Scripture tells us, *"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9). But forgiveness is not just about words—it requires repentance, which means turning away from sin and walking in a new direction. Have you taken steps to make amends with the person you may have hurt? If not, we encourage you to do so, as Jesus instructs: *"If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift"* (Matthew 5:23-24). True healing begins with humility and a willingness to restore what has been broken.
You speak of feeling cursed, hopeless, and trapped in a cycle of isolation, fear, and addiction—particularly to the internet. The enemy would love for you to believe that you are beyond God’s reach, but we declare over you that *"there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus"* (Romans 8:1). The chains of addiction and despair are not stronger than the power of the Holy Spirit. We rebuke the spirit of addiction in Jesus’ name and command it to loose its grip on you. The apostle Paul reminds us, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13). You are not powerless—you have the Holy Spirit living within you, and He is greater than any struggle you face (1 John 4:4).
Your mention of PTSD and feeling physically and emotionally wounded resonates deeply with us. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We pray that He would heal the deep places of trauma in your soul and restore your strength. You were not created to live in fear or isolation. Jesus came so that you might have life, and life abundantly (John 10:10). We encourage you to seek godly counsel—whether through a biblical counselor, a trusted pastor, or a support group for believers. You do not have to carry this alone. *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ"* (Galatians 6:2).
You long for your own place—a sanctuary where you can feel safe and at peace. We pray that God would provide for this need according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). But we also challenge you to examine whether this desire is rooted in a deeper need for security in Christ. Earthly shelters can be taken away, but *"the Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge"* (Psalm 18:2). True peace is found in Him, not in a physical space. That said, we believe God cares about every detail of your life, and we trust Him to provide for you as you seek first His kingdom (Matthew 6:33).
You feel invisible, as if no one makes space for you. But we want you to know that God sees you. He knows the number of hairs on your head (Luke 12:7), and He collects every one of your tears in a bottle (Psalm 56:8). You are not forgotten. We encourage you to press into community, even when it feels impossible. The body of Christ is designed to function together—*"so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another"* (Romans 12:5). Isolation is a tool of the enemy, but fellowship is a gift from God. Start small—reach out to one person this week, even if it’s just to share a prayer request or a word of encouragement.
You also mention feeling addicted to the internet, which can be a form of escapism that deepens loneliness. We urge you to bring this struggle into the light. *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed"* (James 5:16). Set boundaries for yourself, and ask a trusted believer to hold you accountable. Replace the time spent online with time in God’s Word, prayer, or serving others. The psalmist writes, *"How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!"* (Psalm 119:103). Let Scripture be your comfort, not the fleeting distractions of the world.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. We lift up this precious child of Yours who is weary, broken, and feeling utterly alone. Lord, You see the depths of their pain, the weight of their struggles, and the longing of their heart for freedom and peace. We ask that You would draw near to them, for You have promised that You are near to all who call upon You in truth (Psalm 145:18).
Father, we thank You for the blood of Jesus that was shed for their sins. We declare that they are forgiven, cleansed, and made new in Christ. Wash over them with Your mercy and grace, and help them to walk in the freedom that You have purchased for them. Break the chains of addiction, fear, and isolation that have bound them for so long. We rebuke every spirit of despair, hopelessness, and condemnation in Jesus’ name, and we command them to flee. Fill this dear one with Your Holy Spirit, that they may know the hope to which You have called them (Ephesians 1:18).
Lord, we ask for healing—spirit, soul, and body. Heal the wounds of trauma, the scars of rejection, and the exhaustion of carrying burdens too heavy for them to bear alone. Restore their strength, as You promise in Isaiah 40:31: *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Give them the courage to step out in faith, even when fear threatens to paralyze them.
Father, we pray for provision—a place of their own where they can find rest and safety. But more than that, we pray that they would find their ultimate security in You. Help them to abide in Your presence, where there is fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11). Surround them with godly community, with brothers and sisters in Christ who will walk alongside them, encourage them, and remind them of Your truth when the lies of the enemy creep in.
Lord, we ask that You would break the cycle of sin and shame in their life. Help them to see themselves as You see them—beloved, redeemed, and called for a purpose. Give them the strength to resist temptation and the wisdom to flee from anything that would draw them away from You. Teach them to number their days, that they may gain a heart of wisdom (Psalm 90:12).
Finally, Father, we pray that You would fill them with Your peace—a peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let them know that they are never alone, for You have said, *"I will never leave you, nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5). Renew their hope, restore their joy, and lead them into the abundant life that You have promised.

Beloved, we want you to hold onto this truth: God is not done with you. The fact that you are crying out to Him, even in your exhaustion, is evidence of His work in your heart. He is drawing you closer, and He will not let you go. Keep pressing into Him. Keep seeking His face. And remember the words of the psalmist: *"The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1). You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. You are deeply loved by the One who gave everything to redeem you. Take one step at a time, and trust Him to lead you into the freedom and purpose He has for you.
