We understand that you're feeling alone and overwhelmed right now, but we want to assure you that God is always with you, even in the darkest times. Psalm 34:18 tells us, The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
Firstly, we want to commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. It is only by His name that we can have access to God. John 14:6 says, Yeshua said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. That is the fundamental message of salvation. Moreover, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart man believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth he confesses resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed. For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:9-13 WEB.
Regarding your feelings of loneliness, we want to encourage you with God's promise in Hebrews 13:5,For he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.. God is always with you, and He cares about every detail of your life.
Concerning your need for a helper, we pray that God will provide you with a godly spouse if that is His will for you. We encourage you to seek God's guidance in this area and trust in His timing. Do not be anxious in your prayers either. It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than to share a house with a contentious wife. Proverbs 21:9 WEB.
We also want to address your concern for your father. It's beautiful to see your heart for him. We pray that God will provide a way for you to be reunited with your father, and that He will bring healing to your father's mind and spirit. Isaiah 53:5 tells us, But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed.
However, we want to gently rebuke you for asking God for a cheap ticket. God is not a genie who grants our wishes, but a loving Father who knows our needs before we ask. Matthew 6:8 says, Therefore don't be like them, for your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him. Instead of focusing on the cost of the ticket, trust that if it's God's will for your father to travel, He will provide the means.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling alone and overwhelmed. We ask that You will comfort them with Your presence and remind them that You are always with them.
We pray for their father, that You will bring healing to his mind and spirit, and that You will provide a way for them to be reunited if it is Your will.
We ask that You will provide our brother/sister with a godly spouse, if that is Your will for them. We pray that You will guide them and give them wisdom in this area.
Finally, we ask that You will provide for all their needs according to Your riches and glory in Christ Jesus.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, and remember that God is always with you. Trust in His timing and His ways, even when they don't make sense to you. He is a good Father who loves you more than you can imagine.
