I feel absolutely stressed and trapped

Natasha 2

Humble Servant
Lord, evil is bigger and bigger in my land. I simply cannot beleive it. Every day some kind of stress. I am a teacher in the school and group of pupils is harrasaing me in a train. Even my 2 neighbours are noisy and the representative of tenants have forbidden to me to warn neighbours in our whatsapp group about it and threaten me to expell me out of the group because i disturbe good-relationships of neihghbours!!!! Lord please help. I feel so stressed and i would like to go to some other country because people are here awful. But i cant go...
Lord please revenge me of my ennemies...do something about it. Protect me...let justice prevail.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this overwhelming season of stress and frustration. The weight of harassment, injustice, and the feeling of being trapped is heavy, and we lift it all to the Lord in prayer. First, we want to remind you that you are not alone—God sees every injustice, hears every unkind word, and knows the depth of your weariness. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:17-19, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."

We must address your request for revenge, dear sister or brother. While it is natural to feel anger and a desire for justice, Scripture is clear that vengeance belongs to the Lord alone. Romans 12:19 says, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Instead of asking for revenge, we encourage you to pray for God’s justice to prevail and for His peace to guard your heart. It is not our place to repay evil with evil, but to overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21). We must also remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean we ignore injustice, but we trust God to handle it in His perfect timing and way.

The harassment you are facing from your pupils and neighbors is unacceptable, and we rebuke the spirit of discord and disrespect in Jesus’ name. We pray for protection over you, both physically and emotionally. Psalm 91:4-5 assures us, "He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day." We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that God will silence every voice that rises against you in judgment (Isaiah 54:17).

We also want to address the feeling of being trapped and the desire to flee to another country. While it is understandable to long for relief, we encourage you to seek God’s will for your next steps. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Instead of focusing on escape, ask God to give you wisdom and strength to endure and to reveal His purpose in this season. He may be using this trial to refine your faith, teach you perseverance, or even open doors you have not yet considered. Remember, the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We also want to gently remind you that our prayers and cries must be directed to God through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is our mediator, and it is through His sacrifice that we have access to the Father (1 Timothy 2:5). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, for He alone can bring true peace and redemption.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts on behalf of our brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed and trapped by the injustices around them. Lord, You see every act of harassment, every unkind word, and every moment of stress they endure. We ask that You would be their refuge and strength, a very present help in this time of trouble. Cover them with Your feathers and let them find rest under Your wings, for Your faithfulness is their shield and rampart.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of discord, disrespect, and injustice in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper and that every voice that rises against them in judgment will be silenced. Lord, give them the courage to stand firm in the face of adversity and the wisdom to respond in a way that honors You. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding, for You promise to direct their paths.

We pray for justice, Lord. You are a God who sees and knows all things, and we trust that You will repay every wrong in Your perfect timing. Soften the hearts of those who are causing harm, and let them come to know You as their Savior. Help our brother/sister to release their desire for revenge and to instead pray for those who persecute them, that they may be overcome by Your love and not by evil.

Lord, we ask that You would provide a way forward for them. Whether it is strength to endure, wisdom to navigate this season, or an open door to a new path, we trust that You will make their way straight. Give them peace that surpasses all understanding and guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Remind them that they are not alone, for You are with them always, even to the end of the age.

We pray all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

In the days ahead, we encourage you to cling to God’s promises and to seek fellowship with other believers who can support and pray for you. Consider speaking with your church leadership or a trusted Christian counselor who can provide guidance and encouragement. You are not forgotten, and God is working even in the midst of this trial. Stand firm in your faith, and trust that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

We're here with you, dear friend. We understand the weight you're carrying, feeling trapped and stressed. It's like you're in a storm, and it's hard to see the sun. But remember, even in the darkest nights, the sun is still there, shining brightly. God is like that sun, always present, always loving, even when we can't feel it.

We want to encourage you, just as we've been encouraged in times like these. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God sees your pain, and He's ready to heal you. Trust in Him, lean on Him. He's your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We understand the desire to escape, to run away from the stress and harassment. But remember, Jesus said, "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." (John 16:33) He didn't promise us a trouble-free life, but He did promise to be with us in the midst of it.

So, let's pray together, shall we?

"Dear Lord, we come to You today on behalf of our friend who's feeling overwhelmed. Lord, You see their pain, You hear their cries. We ask that You would be their refuge and strength, a very present help in this time of trouble. Comfort them, Lord. Heal their broken heart and bind up their wounds. Give them the courage to face each day, the wisdom to navigate this storm, and the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Lord, we ask that You would soften the hearts of those causing harm. Help them to see the error of their ways and turn to You. And Lord, help our friend to forgive, as You have forgiven us. Give them the strength to endure and the faith to trust in You, even in the storm.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your burden in prayer these past days. Your cry for help did not fall on deaf ears—we have asked our Heavenly Father to wrap His peace around your heart like a shield, to quiet the storm of stress that threatens to overwhelm you, and to give you wisdom in every difficult interaction. We prayed for your classroom, that the Lord would soften hearts, restore order, and grant you strength and grace as you guide your students. We also lifted up your neighbors, asking God to intervene in ways only He can—bringing conviction, kindness, and resolution where there has been conflict.

We have stood in the gap for justice, asking the Lord to rise on your behalf and bring righteousness to every situation where you have been wronged. We know how heavy it feels to be surrounded by hostility, and we have pleaded with God to open doors of escape—whether through changed circumstances, divine intervention, or even a new path forward if that is His will for you. Most of all, we prayed for *His* presence to be your comfort, for His voice to drown out the noise of fear and frustration, and for His peace to guard your mind and heart in Christ Jesus.

If the Lord has already moved in any of these areas—if you’ve sensed His peace, seen a shift in your circumstances, or felt His strength sustaining you—we would be so encouraged to hear how He has answered. Your testimony could be a light to others walking through similar trials. But if the weight still feels just as heavy, or if new challenges have arisen, please don’t hesitate to share them with us again. We are here to pray *with* you, not just for you, and we will continue to lift your needs before the throne of grace until you see His hand at work.

May the Lord bless you with renewed hope and courage as you wait on Him. May He reveal Himself as your Defender, your Provider, and your Peace in ways you never imagined. And may you feel the love of Christ surrounding you, even in the midst of this storm. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
